I must say Dr. Ali Mirebrahimi is absolutely an AMAZING doctor, simply the BEST. I have never met a doctor that genuinely cared this much for his patients. I give him 5 stars, and 2 thumbs up for giving high quality patient care. I had gotten a dog bite. My husband wanted to make sure I was okay so insisted I visit either Urgent Care or the ER immediately. When we went to Ace Medical Care in Great Falls, VA. The office was very clean, and they had masks, gloves and hand sanitizers for patients. Dr. Ali was friendly, calm and did not rush through the procedure. He took his time with us, and was very detailed and took every precaution to make sure the dog bite would not get infected. He is not like any other doctor I've ever met. He also makes sure that his patients are not getting cheated, which shows me that he got into the medical field to really take care of patients and help people get well. (I've been to places where they charge an arm and a leg, which is why I am always skeptical.) He also called to follow up on the stitches, to make sure it was healing. I honestly wish there were more doctors like him. I strongly recommend Dr. Ali, and like others have mentioned, wish he could be our primary doctor too.

Let me first mention, I am a physician myself and am more than familiar with what good standard of care is and should be for patients.

Ace Medical in Great Falls has now failed me and my family numerous times.

Let me preface by saying Dr. Ali is whom everyone raves about, but we have yet to experience his service so I cannot speak directly to his level of competency. He may still be as good as everyone says he is, and so I don't want this to be a reflection of him by any means.

However, every time we made an appointment with him, we received a bait and switch to Dr. Maryam Soumai who is absolutely horrible. In addition, their front desk staff doesn't seem to understand what 'kindness' is.

A medical practice is judged by the whole experience. Incompetent staff with bad attitudes and unreliability reflects on the whole practice, even if one doctor is deemed to be ok.

Few years back, we had brought our young toddler son to Ace (seen by Dr. Maryam) to have his hand examined and x-rayed after having it slammed and trapped in a doorway. Obviously, my toddler son was scared, in pain, and anxious with big machines around him (not to mention his first time at a clinic for an emergency).

With no exaggeration, Dr. Maryam Soumai walked in (never having met us before), stared at me, looked at my son, and said "I cannot examine anyone crying loud. Get him under control and then I will come back in to examine him." ... Are you serious? To a scared child? I truly hope she was just having a bad day, because that is inhumane.

Well, needless to say, we never went back and started going to Patient First for any urgent care matters where we have had good and consistent experiences.

So today, we thought we'd give Ace another chance. We called them on Friday seeking to see if we could see Dr. Ali on Monday for a pre-op Covid test for my daughter. They said 'yes', he will be in Monday morning and we have available tests. Come in at 9am and we can do her pre-op Covid test in time to get results prior to her surgery later this week.

When we arrived, the front desk staff, totally rude (once again), said 'we are not doing Covid tests today and Dr. Ali is not in today. It is Dr. Maryam.

At least they are consistent on being rude, giving false information, and doing the bait and switch on doctors. Not metrics I'd be proud of, but thats just me.

I rarely write reviews. But this level of service is unacceptable and required my attention. My recommendation to Ace is to pay more attention to whom you hire and get rid of your bad seeds. Because, at the end of the day, your practice is a reflection of your entire staff and experience.

My experience at this clinic was really great! As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the front desk and doctor. The front desk worker answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me. Dr. Ali was very kind and informative. You could tell that he really cares about his patients and the community as a whole.

I'd just like to thank all the health care workers who work tirelessly at Ace Medical Care. I know that our community appreciated the long hours and devotion they put in to make sure people are healthy and happy.

I'm glad to see that others in our community have also given this clinic positive reviews because it is what this clinic truly deserves!

I have been going to Ace Medical for a few years. All the doctors are very very professional, knowledgeable and polite. We basically decided to have them as our primary doctors and drive 30-45 minutes to their office to be seen by them. They treat their patients like family. They spend good amount of time to answer all questions and concerns. They even call to make sure you are doing fine after the visit. I refer many friends and family member to them and everyone thank me for that. I wish they had a office closer to my house.

I just can not say enough good things about this clinic and the doctors who run it. They are amazing! They are kind, gracious, extremely knowledgeable and really go out of their way to help without pushing extra tests or expenses.

I don't take my son anywhere else if I can help it. I'm not fond of doctors and stay clear away from them if I can at all help it, but I always know that these doctors know what they're doing and they really care.

If all offices and doctors were like this the healthcare industry would be problem free and fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Ali Mirebrahimi is one of the best physicians I've ever had and I've seen some of the best in Washington DC (Georgetown, Hopkins, etc.). I've been coming to see Dr. "Ali" for the past 3 years because he is so accessible and can be reached easily. He is thorough when he exams and, more importantly, he has an incredible intuitive gift (listens very attentively and asks precise questions) then he follows it up with good science/medicine. I hope he stays in the area, good doctors are hard to find.

My son was suffering from sore throat, exhaustion and mysterious fever for more than one week. His pediatric was not able to treat him but asked us to keep an eye on him. Once his fever was really bad during the weekend, we were nervous. We came across this medical center. It's a Saturday night almost 6:30pm. Dr. Ali treated my son. He was so nice and so skillful. He not only treated his fever but also cleaned up his ear!!! (my son refused anybody to touch his ears and the last time he had his ear cleaned up was when he was a baby. He cried a lot. He is five years old now) To my astonishment, my son only frowned a little when Dr. Ali was cleaning/checking his ear. When Dr Ali pulled out two huge ear wax, my son's spirit lit up immediately.

Dr. Ali also pointed out some other findings during the check up. He sent the prescription on time over to the Safeway Pharmacy right before they closed at 7pm!!!

My son is doing much better today. We are so glad we visited the center!!!
