I had a phenomenal visit at this clinic. The staff is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I try to stay away from corporate organizations, such as Aspen dental and others, because customer service is abhorrent. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment, and you’re treated as a number. Those types of places also almost always mess up the billing as well. That is definitely not the experience in Dr. Adam’s office. I was offered an appointment within a week, Billing was done correctly, I was seen immediately and therefore did not have to spend my day at the dentist’s office. I will never visit another Dentist again if I don’t have to. They have a client for life out of me. Highly recommend.
