Everyone at Advance Hehab , from Receptionest at front desk to the therapist are friendly and caring. They are happy to help and listen. Andrew was my therapist. He always listened to my concerns, and followed up with me at each visit. He is a wonderful person and interacts , and engaging in conversation , while treating. The whole staff is interacting and friendly. I was a saddened, but glad that surgery was a success , but will miss those sweet people at Advance

Advanced Rehab in Calhoun GA has an aggressive business model that sets it up to pack in client$ without giving each person the individual attention they may need each hourly session. Maybe that’s why the recovery time drags on so long. They also don’t truly honor insurance plans because they are always getting you to come out of pocket. Once the year resets, your deductible renews, and you end up having to come out of pocket just to meet your deductible before your insurance can even kick in. They did this to me and I paid $75 upfront for my final visit because I wanted to get medical clearance. A few months later they sent me a bill for approx $25. I thought they made an honest mistake. But when another statement showed up the following month, I called them and tried to explain but they didn’t follow up with me as promised. Instead they rudely and quietly sent me to collections for $26.36 which shows the lengths they will go to collect money that’s not owed to them. Well, here’s the lengths I will go to protest that I owe them absolutely nothing! They told me what to pay on the final visit, I paid that amount, had my final PT visit and yet never received a written report or clearance because they knew I only wanted to end this unprofessional relationship. The real irony is that over the holidays a family member gave me the professional help I needed to truly rehab my knee. Advanced Rehab ought to know and treat clients better. Maybe start with fixing their business model to show the customers value. It may have worked out for someone else but I Would Never Recommend because of my poor experience! [Edited October 2024]

My experience at Advanced Rehab was very positive. All the staff at Advanced Rehab were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very interested in my well being and progress. I do not go anywhere else for physical therapy.

Megan is fantastic. Very professional and personable. She really listens and cares about the well-being and improvement of her patients. My teen needed PT, and Megan was very patient and engaging with her. What a blessing to have this company in our life!

I had a great experience at the Calhoun Advanced Rehabilitation. The people were very helpful and personable making my experience very helpful to get my knee back working properly and made it enjoyable!!! That’s my second rehab stint and will be back for a third time later this year with another hip replacement!!! The staff was always ready and willing to answer any and all questions!! I would highly recommend Advanced Rehab!!!
