I would highly recommend this practice! Like many others, dental visits are not my favorite. From the minute I entered it was a very positive experience. I was in for a cleaning. Sara, the hygienist, was very thorough, professional and engaging and put me at ease right away. Dr. Pavlakis was great! He is easy to talk to, genuinely concerned, and a super individual. The office staff was very kind and personable. Again, I highly recommend this practice!

I cannot recommend Dr. John and his team enough! From the moment I walked into his office a year ago, I felt welcomed and at ease. His entire team is friendly, professional, and attentive. Dr. John himself is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every procedure in detail, making sure you're comfortable and understand your options. His skill and attention to detail are top-notch, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Whether it's a routine cleaning or more advanced dental work, I always leave knowing I'm in great hands.

Dr. Pavlakis is an absolute life saver and incredible dentist!! I had a huge infection and tooth fracture, which he treated perfectly with the utmost professionalism and kindness. He was able to not only do my initial consult, but the tooth extraction all in the same morning. So, he not only saved me an extra trip, but saved me from the tooth infection spreading to my other teeth. I had hardly any pain and healed wonderfully. Cannot recommend him enough from a basic cleaning to any sort of procedure. Everyone in his practice was extremely welcoming and true rock stars. 1000/5 stars!

By far the best dentist I have ever been to! Dr.John and his amazing team were marvelous! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile, and felt welcomed. The Team at Advanced Family & Cosmetic Dentistry were as helpful as could be. First, they got me in as soon as I could get there to help emergency repair my cracked tooth, then they were flexible and compassionate about pricing, understanding the high dental costs that exist without dental insurance. Johnny is as good a dentist as he is charismatic, and that’s saying something. A wonderful place to get all your dental needs serviced. I’ll be returning for all my dental needs going forward.

I had an all around excellent experience at this non-corporate, single physician practice.
I had terrible experiences at other dentists in the past, but Sara and Dr. Pavlakis put me at ease. Extremely knowledgeable as well as super friendly.
I feel confident in the future dental work I’ll be having for a change!! Just a bonus that this location is a beautiful historic home. Highly recommend!

Advanced Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is the best. Dr Pavlakis and his entire staff are awesome. They work on my entire mouth, I have no pain. It’s unbelievable. They also work with me financially. Making it possible for me to do my mouth makeover. I could never imagine my mouth would be looking as awesome as it is now. If it was possible to give 10 ⭐️that’s what I would give. The photos are before and after he started working. Still not completed but I’m so excited I could not wait for the final product. I will definitely put up the final look. Looking for a family and friendly along with professionalism and perfection dentists, make sure to call them. You will be very glad you did.
