This doctor is what doctoring is all about. I've been to a lot of doctors in my 73 years but none come close to doctor Mark.
He cured my Ingrown Toenail in 6 minutes and we talked restaurants and music for about 40 minutes. Doctor Mark is the real thing and I highly recommend him
He is the new keeper of my feet.

I have been going to the podiatrist for years. I have had an intense injury that is impacting different parts of my body and it requires a doctor that’s willing to listen and not try to make a sale. I felt like this doctor was pushing these custom orthotics. I have custom orthotics and that’s not the issue I’m dealing with. Which I attempted to explain just didn’t appear he cared much. Needs less to say I have a normal podiatrist that I go to they just did not have any appointments this week and I was in severe pain. I now understand why it was so easy to get an appointment with this doctor. Maybe if your a patient for years then he might actually help but this was a complete wast of time with no resolution. He’s also tried to crack jokes that weren’t funny but I ignored it. I would be cautious of this place and this doctor.

I've been wearing Diabetic Shoes for 3-years. I was in Georgia temporarily for 2 years and needed new shoes. I went to Dr. Greenbaum and he was pleasant. I was told they would do the evaluation to see if I qualified, I already knew that I did and they would call me.

Two weeks passed and I didn't hear from them so I called. I was told they were still waiting to hear from my Insurance and they would call me to set an appointment with the person who did the fitting. when they got approval. I called the following week, same story. I called again a week later, same story so I pressed for more information but was told again they were waiting for my insurance approval and they would call me to set an appointment with the person who does the fitting. Needless to say I got up set.

After getting off the phone, I called my insurance company and discovered that they did not have any request from Dr. Greenbaum's office and that approval was not necessary. The person I was talking to with my insurance company called Dr. Greenbaum's office while I waited. When he came back he told me to get another doctor because they were rude. He also told me that the waited for 5 people to need fitting before calling in the person who does the shoe fitting.

I don''t normally write reviews but my experience here was so bad I felt I needed to post a review.

I went to Dr. Greenbaum this past year, and while he was very pleasant, in the long run, I wish I had picked another doctor. The reason is the extra money I ended up paying. He has an ultrasound machine that he uses for diagnostic purposes. I had tendonitis of my ankle and the first time I went to him, he used it and showed me how much fluid was in my ankle (which was very swollen at the time). I went to him 3 additional times. The swelling had gone down, but I was being fitted for orthotics and getting rechecked. Each time, he did a "quick check" with his ultrasound machine (so quick that I don't even remember it being done). When my EOB's arrived, I found that I owed $45 for each of the 4 times the ultrasound was used, because my insurance company felt that diagnostic tool was beyond the normal test to be done. Now, I am on Medicare and in the 3 years I have had it, I have never before had to pay anything at a doctor's office beyond my copay. So, it's not that I have a "fussy" insurance company. Another thing about his charges is that the insurance company assured me (and Dr. G's nurse when she called) that the orthotics were 100% covered. In spite of this, I had to pay $400 (half before filling, other have before receiving the orthotics). I was told that I would receive the money back when the insurance company paid. That is NOT the protocol with my insurance company, and they were upset that I had been asked to do it. When all was said and done, I got $220 back after the $180 for the ultrasounds was paid. My take on that is that they have had problems before getting the extra money for ultrasounds and charge up front to avoid that.

Finally, the office personnel, appointment availability, cleanliness of the office, wait time, were fine and Dr. Greenbaum is a good doctor. So, I'd just say to check if ultrasound diagnostics are covered by your insurance, and if not, request that it not be done.

I could not be more grateful to Dr. Greenbaum and the staff at Advanced Family Foot Care. I was so assured by his demeanor, bedside manner, knowledge, and skill. He executed my procedure perfectly, was extremely patient, and explained everything as he did it. He has great credentials and experience, and is super kind on top of it all. The front desk staff was also very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Greenbaum!
