My journey started in November of 2024 when I called in and spoke to Nicki.
She was an absolute delight to speak with and was very helpful. My desire was to have my 20 year old implants removed and a breast lift done. Following our conversation, a consultation appointment was schedule with Dr. Yu. Thank you so very much Nicki!

Fatima, the beautiful receptionist who greets me in the Redlands office thank you for being so sweet and kind. You made my first visit very comforting. And til this day, your warm greeting is so pleasant. Thank you!

When I met with Dr. Yu I knew she was the one for me! I cannot express in words just how awesome she was with me (and still is)! She is very professional and calming. She is reassuring and patient; and answered all my questions thoughtfully. I knew in my heart moving forward in my journey was meant to be with her.

We began this journey of mine with the implant deflation; which was a procedure I didn’t even know existed until Dr. Yu explained it to me. What an experience! She removed the saline from my implants prior to surgery. This allowed me the opportunity to see my body without the volume of the implant, as well as, allowed my body to readjust prior to surgery. My surgery was scheduled. The removal of the empty implant shell and breast lift would be completed.

My surgery day arrived. I was absolutely ready and excited to have the procedure completed. I arrived at the surgery center and was greeted by my wonderful nurse, Trista who provided the utmost care and comfort to me. Thank you!
Then I met April, my anesthesiologist who was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Thank you!
I didn’t get to met Ervin, my doctor’s amazing scrub tech because I was under the sleepy care of my anesthesiologist but thank you and your hands. Thank you!

To all involved, my sincerest thank you to each and every one of you who were involved in my procedure. You are all truly an amazing team!

I am approximately 3 weeks post op and couldn’t be more satisfied with my results! Dr. Yu and her team are absolutely amazing! I would 100 percent recommend Dr. Yu and her team if you are considering any kind of plastic surgery!

Thank you Dr. Kim and her wonderful staff for a great experience! From the moment I walked in the entire staff was very welcoming and Dr. Kim was very thorough about what to expect during and after the surgery. I had an explant done 3 months ago and I’m very happy with the results. After receiving a lymphatic massage the therapist mentioned how well done the incisions were and how well I was healing. I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction four months ago and I am very happy with the results!! Dr. Kim was very understanding and answered all my questions. She is very knowledgable and made me feel I could trust her. I do have to be honest, the recovery is very painful and can be long. But after a couple of weeks I was feeling much better and started to see the results more.

I was AMAZED at what Dr. Kim did! She pays SO MUCH ATTENTION TO DETAIL, she is really an artist! I can’t believe the results, it is better than I imagined.

After the procedure and while recovering at home, he responded to every question/concern in a very fast manner. I have no complaints regarding his care. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
