I had an excellent experience at Advanced Manual Therapies. Their office is welcoming. I went to see Dr. Grant for chiropractic adjustments and dry needling when my shoulders were tight and locked up. After a few sessions, I had marked improvement and pain relief! Dr. Grant said I could come back as needed. If I’m in need of dry needling in the future, I will be using this business.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Dr. Grant Smith. I had headaches for almost 13 years. I had been all over the country. He finally was able to give me relief. He truly listened, and cared about what I had been through. His techniques are unique and he is very gifted in his knowledge of the body. YOU MUST TRY HIM! You want regret it.

Erica Macias is phenomenal and her deep tissue massage is a game changer !! I workout 4-5 days per week (Crossfit) so I'm pretty sore when I come for my appointments, but Erica does a great job on relieving the muscle soreness. She is very patient focused and very attentive to your requests and needs. Make an appointment right away and I promise you won't be disappointed !!

Because of my condition, I've been seeing Physical Therapists for about eight years. Five of those years have been with Dr. Selimo. Not only is he the first therapist who can calm my pain, but he is a generally caring individual. During his sessions I've had spinal manipulation and dry needling. He gives you an advanced functional diagnosis better than any surgeon or doctor I've ever seen. I actually know what's wrong with me. After my rotator cuff surgery, Joe had me see him the next day! He progressed my recovery by weeks if not months. My surgeon was so impressed, he consulted with him and asked if he could send more patients his way. Dr. Selimo offers telehealth for continued health coaching. That really comes in handy. He is as good virtually as in person. Thank you Dr. Selimo for saving my life!!
