I'm new to Georgia, my new health insurance had Dr. McFall listed for primary care and I have been twice they're very friendly from the front desk to the back and very professional. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Poor service. Can't get thru on phone. Can get RX in timely manner, usually takes a week or more. Can't get medical clearance forms or any return calls. They never touch you to examine you. They look at you but does not
appear to be listening. Will change doctor's real soon. It is like you are in a welfare clinic. Never saw Dr Pillia. Only saw Dr McFall. Run don't walk to anyone else.

$$Do not go there. The staff and office manger only care about money. Awful experience with these people. They never answer phones or return calls in a timely manner. Geriatric stay away. Complex illness stay away. Pit on skates for office visit. You Will Get dragged from one office to another only to be seen by a nurse practitioner. I requested my doctor at all visits, Dr Aruna Pillai, and was told by office manager, I would have to pay $1200 for the year and my insurance carrier said this was wrong!!!!! Nightmare and just a bit good overall. Dr. Aruna is good however the practice is money driven and forget about patients needs. Bad experience for me, personally. I would not refer them to anyone.

My whole family has been seeing Dr. Anil Pillai for many years. He is an excellent doctor that is very proactive. He is the reason I am alive today. He ordered a CT scan to discover the cause of my stomach pain (which turned out to be diverticulitis) and a one inch lesion that turned out to be cancer was found on my left kidney. Had he not ordered the test, it would have been years before I had any symptoms and then it would have been too late. He is kind, caring, thorough and will give you a hug when you are feeling down. We have never met such a wonderful doctor that puts his patients first! Thank you, Dr. Pillai, for all you do!

I have being seeing Dr. Anil for 22 years. Ashe well as my whole family. He is the most compassionate and understanding doctor I know. He gives you as much time as you need. He and his wife are great!

I am usually never a person to go out of my way to comment on someone’s establishment however I am simply outraged by the way this facility is setup. There is an EXTREME lack of professionalism! I was scheduled for an appointment and the day of Because the doctor called out and then was re-directed across town to go to there other office and not one person apologized about the inconvenience. Upon arriving on to the establishment I waited a whole 30 mins to be seen for the doctor who was at that facility to be extremely insensitive and make very unprofessional comments. Once I am done pursuing getting my elected surgery that I’m in the middle of the process of getting, I won’t be back and don’t recommend anyone going here. They lack bed side manners and also If u don’t have your co-pay then they won’t see you and they won’t bill you either but they will try to talk you into as many programs as possible to run your insurance bill through the roof without doing much work. This facility is money driven and doesn’t care about the patients at all, it’s just sad honestly.

**1 June 17: so I went to a new PCP, and my vitamin D count is dangerously low. Dr. Anil should have caught this months ago-maybe even years ago. I presented with all the symptoms yet he just ignored me and told me to take more prescription drugs. Keep in mind that low vit D is associated with depression, cognitive decline, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, cardiovascular issues, skin problems, etc. A simple vitamin supplement would have helped me, but Dr. Anil was too incompetent to notice.

Beware of this 'doctor.' I have plenty more examples of his incompetence besides what's in this review.*"

Dr. Anil makes snap judgements and does not listen. He actually told me there is no such thing as a sleep specialist. All one has to do is Google search "sleep specialist" and look at the many, many doctors specializing in sleep medicine to prove him wrong.

I was also told a medication I requested did not come in liquid form.  Again, a Google search proved him wrong. Doctors all over the country are prescribing this medication in liquid form.

Years ago I had a mild case of food poisoning. His solution? A referral for an invasive procedure. Luckily, my stomach bug went away before undergoing an unnecessary, painful, and costly procedure.

So I wonder: did Dr. Anil get his medical degree from a diploma mill? It sure seems like it.

Oh, and he charges 50$ for prior authorization. He's the only doctor I know of to charge for something like that.
