The building is ugly, and the lobby is not well planned out. However, I will keep going back here as it's where I need to go.

As for the offices inside, well, each one is different and dissimilar from the others.

The elevator can take you to the top floor from the ground, or vice-versa.

I am very not thrilled by the parking situation. The parking lot is not well planned out, but there is a nice fountain in the atrium.

We went to this Bloomfield location to see Dr. Lili Shindelar. The experience was great from the front office staff to meeting the doctor for the first time. They are patient & kind. It's our first time having to need an xray of any sort and probably not the last, but this is the place and the people you want to deal with.

As an Older adult dealing with adhd ,I find this practice to be a valuable asset in my health care journey . Kristin Overton PAC always make sure the visit is easy to navigate . The information . Descriptions and instructions are always easy to understand.,. The visit is not done assembly line style . I always feel respected and appreciated during the course of the visit. I am glad I have Kristin Overton and the support staff as part of my healthcare journey

Nice building right off the road easy to find. The staff seem nice and on time for the most part. It's clean and cool inside, very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and big enough for wheel chairs.

Excellent customer service and patient care My dad had a knee replacement more than 3 weeks ago and he is up and walking The physical therapy department is amazing as well Chris did an amazing job with my dad's physical therapy today I am because extremely happy with them dr wasselhoff is a great doctor.

While my interaction with the surgical staff was commendable, attempting to contact the office post-operation has proven exceedingly challenging. Issues concerning billing and post-operative care have persisted.

Communicating with the office staff has been consistently difficult, regardless of the time of day. The majority of attempts result in leaving a message, often without receiving a timely callback.

Complicating matters, the office repeatedly attempts to bill my private insurance for a workers' compensation case, despite acknowledging systemic errors. Despite my repeated attempts to rectify this, the issue persists. Additionally, they arranged for an ultrasound, once again erroneously billing my insurance due to purported difficulties in contacting my workers' compensation adjuster, a claim unsupported by my adjuster's records.

Attempts to address ongoing severe nerve pain following ankle surgery have been met with indifference, exacerbating my frustration with the situation.

Given these circumstances, I advise seeking care elsewhere for those in need of quality service.

I saw Kristin Overton, PA-C for a knee issue. She took the time to listen to my complaints, she did a thorough exam and took the time to explain treatment plan and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed. She is very friendly and easily puts you at ease

Appointment was set for next day on the phone. Next day the computer system calls confirm it two days after the date that I set. I worked my schedule to accommodate this even though was caught off guard. I arrived 30 min early to my appt and waited patiently, waited 45 minutes AFTER my appointment t time many people come in and get called before me. I ask the receptionist if I am almost up as I’m 45 minutes behind our appt time. She says I’m next up and laughs it off with the others. Three more people come in and get called to a room in front of me before I asked for my copay back. No , explanation, going to check on rooms or compassion for my injury or 75 minutes of time I wasted sitting there just refunded. It’s clear these people do no respect others time and overbook with no warning to the customer.
