Literally worst place ever. I was referred from the ER to the endocrinologist Dr. Reba Varughese. I went to my first appointment and they moved me to 3 different rooms just to tell me that the doctor was on vacation and was not going to see me. Then I got rescheduled and they did the same thing, they said the doctor was not there. Two appointments and I was not able to get seen, even though I got referred from the Emergency Room. I don’t understand why they called me and sent me text messages confirming my appointments if I wasn’t even going to be able to get seen. The two times they took my vitals and made me fill out forms knowing the doctor wasn’t even there. We tried to communicate with them about this and they didn’t even care and hung up on us. Such a waste of time and incompetent staff.

This office is terrible and I would not recommend any one to go here for services. Each appointment I had here has been unorganized and they are unsure which doctor you are supposed to see or what department. They will move you into multiple exam rooms and continuously come in asking which doctor you are supposed to see because they are so unorganized. The last appointment I had here the staff members were in the waiting area cussing and yelling at the supervisors/managers so it seems like they are also having internal issues as well. I knew then that would be my last time going there. They are also pulling scams when it comes to billing. I have been reaching out to them for the past 4 months about a billing issue and have not received a response yet. They also told me that I have a balance remaining from an appointment I have proof that I already paid for which was unrelated to the prior billing issue. Each time you call they will transfer you to a nonexistent billing department that never answers the phone and even when you leave a voicemail they will not return your call. I also have went in person multiple times to get this issue resolved due to not being able to get in contact with the billing department and the front desk staff states that they will relay the message to the billing department but I have yet to receive a follow up from anyone. Try to avoid this place at all cost.

I was charged for products I did not receive.

I did not take the 2 diabetes shoes & 1 insert.   I did not take them because they were disgustingly ugly. I only have 1 shoe insert which I did not want to take but was forced on me.

It seem more important to sell the products they were pushing for me to buy than me as a patient.

They lie and don't pay their bills. We've been trying to collect for services rendered without payment. They've confirmed multiple times over the previous year they're paying for the placement of Dr. Domkam, but no payment has ever been received. They have also lied multiple times to avoid payment, claiming Dr. Domkam has never worked for them despite being on their website, their Facebook, in their reviews, and on the Georgia medical board website. This isn't the first billing issue we've had with them, as they didn't pay the other 2 either.

Update: still no resolution. They continue to claim payment will be made, but nothing is ever received.

I Really Enjoyed My Experience! I Have Visited a Lot of Doctor Offices. None of them compare to the customer care and professional services that I received there. I wish I had of known about this center years ago. Maybe they could’ve saved my father’s life whom died summer of 2022. I’m glad the Lord sent me to this place! It is truly a blessing! I look forward to all my future visits. Also I recommend this one stop professional office to anyone that’s suffering from diabetic illnesses. The caring professional staff will definitely make a difference in your health!🥰❤️🥰
