From start to finish the OCC crew was absolutely AMAZING. DR Ng’s team is truly phenomenal at what they do. Their bedside manner is top notch and their level of care is even better!

Dr Ng always cares about your particular case, making you feel heard and cared about! I've had problems with my foot for over 5 years now and Dr Ng is the first surgeon in 5 years to fix the problem and help me get back to a normal life!

Dr. Ng was well worth the wait! While there happened to be an emergency patient that inadvertently caused Dr. Ng’s schedule to slide considerably, he was beyond apologetic for something totally out of his control as was the OCC staff. He nailed my diagnosis in minutes from a 4-year old injury that was incorrectly diagnosed & provided the treatment options. Loved his professionalism & explanations of what I was enduring.

I saw Doctor Ng right before my surgery , as I had been a patient of Doctor Arena's up to that point. Both doctors were present for my 6th surgery on my foot since 2019. This time tho, after seeing Doctor Arena and planning my 6th surgery to meeting Doctor Ng finally I feel like it's finally going to heal correctly and I'll have my foot and life back! Thank you Doctor Ng and especially Doctor Arena!

First visit with Dr. Ng for my feet (prior Morton's Neuroma removed from both 10 years ago; pain in same area again. Instead of surgery he suggested orthotics which will be alot more substantial and we're hoping they take the pressure off the area affected. Found Dr. Ng to be professional, kind and answered all my questions. Staff and xray people were very nice. Have to wait 2 weeks to get the orthotics, which is a bit disappointing as I'm finding it difficult to walk and is hampering my ability to continue healing my recent right knee replacement. I'll be eager to try these orthotics as I've been wearing some from Foot Saavy and they are too flexible for my feet. I need something more substantial.

Dr. Ng is an excellent surgeon. He has performed at least 10 surgeries on my feet & after each one I was back to hiking, regular physical activities & workouts. He gives you his undivided attention & professional treatment, follow up & advise. I would highly recommend him to anyone with any foot issues.
