Are the wait times sometimes long. Yes. Is it hard to get someone on the phone? Yes. But just realize the effort that this doctor and his practice is putting in on a daily basis to keep the community healthy. Dr. Adjei is very experienced and Patrick is also. Combining compassion and bedside manner is heartfelt and is rare seen in these days.

New patient appointment scheduled for 1/6/25 at 2 PM with Dr. Adjei. I signed in at 1:45 PM but wasn’t called until 3:05 PM. I told the receptionist this was unacceptable and decided to leave. She responded by saying, 'Dr. Adjei is always like this.' What’s the point of having an appointment if it’s not honored? I asked her to cancel my wife’s upcoming appointment and walked out. If you’re okay with spending 2.5 hours waiting to see a doctor, Dr. Adjei might work for you. Otherwise, don’t waste your time

These guys run a fantastic practice. They definitely stay busy and they don't always have enough staff, but the people there are super friendly and they work really hard. Also Patrick is just the best PA you could ever ask for. He really pays attention to your problems and goes above and beyond to take care of you. I'm really glad I found this clinic.

Megan is the sweetest PA and quick and efficient. The ladies at the front desk (especially the lady with long brown hair and glasses) are friendly and have quite the memory. Privacy is top notch and Dr.Adji cares so much about his patients. He takes time to explain everything. My whole family goes here and I highly recommend it! Lastly the nurse kia is the GOAT!!!

The doctors were wonderful it’s the staff they don’t like to answer the phone which is why I got a signed letter from the doctor saying I was no longer a patient and when they find it it’s a certain person they hang up on you, I missed my last 2 appointments because they wouldn’t answer the phone I was following an ambulance which had my dad headed to Savannah. After that I get a letter saying I was not welcome there finally got an appt the an hour before I was to be seen they call and say I was being taken off the schedule once again. Then the website says they take the insurance I have well the front said they take Cigna just not my kind even tho it says they do! My husband is on meds that without them he could die my reason for coming is my blood pressure it’s nice to see the staff have more say on who a doctor sees than anyone else! After a doctor told my father he would allow me to be seen this happens! I wish we had doctors that actually cared around here when Marcy left the office went down hill. And has never been the same! Stoke level blood pressure reading and they don’t care what a joke!! I’m starting to think it’s discrimination!

My primary doctor since 2018/2019 met the Dr. Once because the pa that usually saw me had to consult him. 5yrs and only one face to face with the actual Dr. The PAs Patrick and Meghan are knowledgeable and nice. The only reason I stayed as long as I have. The front desk staff customer service is awful . Very rude arrogant and ihmodant of job duties annd lack empathy at best. The I don’t give a f attitude with the one receptionist is very apparent Good luck if you need any help from them. It takes 20-30 calls to actual peak to a human and the almost never call you back when you leave a message. And lord help you if you wait on them to fill out paperwork CORRECTLY-and return to another dr office . Seriously look for other options. I did and DO NOT regret it
