I recently had the pleasure – yes, pleasure – of receiving physical therapy at Align Physical Therapy in Indian Harbour Beach. In my eight weeks of biweekly appointments I worked with five therapists, all of whom were aware of my goals and concerned with my comfort as I did my exercises. In the end, my knees are pain-free and stronger than they have been for ten years.
In my time there I observed that all of the therapists and the other patients in the room always appeared to be jovial, which is pretty good considering that some of the exercises might be grueling. It was an atmosphere that made us want to do our best while working hard to improve our mobility.
I highly recommend Align Physical Therapy to anyone who needs it.

I have had a wonderful experience at Align, I have experienced all of the therapists. Steve, Patrick, Pam, Paul, Both of the Danny’s, Dot, Kristina and Kirby all of them are very knowledgeable, friendly and overall seem very happy and the whole office has a positive attitude. They listen and they are all very supportive and tentative to all their clients. I like how they encourage you to see all of the different therapist, they work together each therapist can work your area of concern. Each one has different experiences that they can add to your recovery.My mother and my mother in law both are clients at Align, they have had great success as well.

Great team of people working together. The staff is amazing! The PT took the time to know you. Always gave 100% of their attention to the patient. Convenient hours and able to work with you. I've been through a lot of physical therapy over the years and the team at Align is amazing! The 1 on 1 max 2 on 1(which is rare) is so key especially with my wanky body. My PT Tyler is amazing, knowledgeable, hungry to help and learn....and has magic hands....I deal with a rib that loves to slip and it's bad and thanks to Tyler I am finally feeling better!!! All the work and listening and adjustmentss Tyler has made to accommodate my diagnosises and wanky body has helped me get through excruciating bilateral hip pain and put off surgery for as long as humanly possible while we continue to build and stabilize my hips. Thank you for the model and attention to patients and ya'll are awesome! I am truly so greatful!!!
