I will NOT recommend Dr Abbasi, Muhammad. Every time I go to this doctor I have to wait a minimum of 30-40 minutes before being serviced. Today I didn't see the doctor until over an hour passed my scheduled appointment time. I did talk to the staff & the doctor about this being an on going issue today. I have mentioned this before to them. They continue to try to say it's unexpected issues with patients. Other patients also say they have been experiencing the same issue. It's clearly over booking. I will not return again. The nurse is very pleasant.

I will not be returning. The from desk and nurses are very sweet but Dr. Colette hemmings lied in her doctor's notes on my patient portal. Every time I have seen her she rushes me and doesn't do the blood work I ask for. I asked her a question about my illness and she couldn't answer. So she referred me to a specialist & told me she will not see me anymore for this.

Office staff was very friendly. Dr. Abassi was not at all what I expected from a provider. His listening skills are poor, he cut me off several times as I was speaking. He presented as judgmental and assuming and medication seems to be his agenda. Without a full examination and absolutely no labs, he doubled doses on my medication lists and added additional medication. A great example is I was recently prescribed medication to treat high blood pressure after a few high readings over the past couple of months. He did not listen to me explaining that due to several back to back deaths (including a spouse and sibling) I have been under a tremendous amount of stress. He told me that I was in denial and he doubled the dosage of the prescribed medication. I’ve had about 2 or 3 high readings since my visit with him. Learning to manage stress, adopting a healthier eating habit and being diligently exercising has lowered my pressure almost consistently. That should be the agenda pushed. Poor provider behaviors. Yes, HBP is definitely known as the silent killer. I’ve lost 2 important people in my life over the past couple of months. Medication intervention is often needed as acute treatment but lifestyle changes are proven to be beneficial options.

The wait period to see the doctor is ridiculous,I checked in waited in the lobby for 1hr.I was called in to be seen by Dr Abassi I was seated inside the room waited an 1hr 5mins.Doctor was very rude because I didn’t agree with what he was saying,Poor customer service!!

I visited this facility a few years back and always wondered why I never returned well today I was reminded.
The wait was long! I checked in at 3:32pm and wasn't seen until 4:44pm (they weren't busy! people that came after me were seen before me) my 1:1 with the doctor took less than 15mins! I said more words to the nurse than the actual doctor!
I don't expect the receptionist or nurses to be a 10/10 but I do expect my Doctor to actually listen to my concerns and answer my questions to the best of their ability.
The doctor was very dismissive! He might as well said shut up, while I judge you from what I see on the computer screen, On top of that they were using information from a doctor I haven't seen in over 6yrs! I tried to show him my updated info from last year be he kept insisting that he sees it. He showed me the screen and I suggested that he look at the date! The nurse before me kept bringing up matters from a doctor I saw 6yrs ago that was corrected but my new health concerns where overlooked because they weren't there.
Frankly I felt like he was being biased towards me just from his treatment plan without listening to my health concerns.
I don't think I'll returning.

My elderly mother started going there and saw a doctor who was very rude.She told my mom to check her my chart. My elderly mother doesn't know how to do that and explained this to her. She told my mom AFTER she was in front of everyone to see another doctor next time. My mother was upset all day. Noway someone should treat patients like that. Definitely a place that just in business for money and doesn't care about patients. Very very rude and unprofessional. Noone should dare go in these doors. Wish they would let you do 0 stars. Please please take your loved ones somewhere else.

My experience was messy . I went in for blood pressure meds first . That part was fine . I had to call back due to an issue I was having . Took a week to get them on the phone and I was the one calling them back . To be told go to the er . That she would have to see me before sending in anything for constipation after just being in her office a few days before with a $5o co pay . Then I went in for some blood work and was asked about the weight loss program I was in and how much it was . No biggie . But I was having issues with depression/ anxiety and high blood pressure. She asked if I wanted to be put on an old medication I use to take I said no thanks . So she sent in a new one . I get home and google it and the side effects were high blood pressure. So I called and told her I wasn’t going to take it because I already have high blood pressure. So then she sends in the old meds I use to take and that was Zoloft . But she sent in a 150 mg to start off on . So I messaged her again scared to take that as a starter dose . At that time she told me I needed to see mental health . I said no thank you . I then asked for a stronger heart burn pill 40 mg instead of 20 mg . And that I was completely out and my heart burn is awful. She denied my request for that .
