I have was told back in July that I would be receiving a check for a credit of over $500. I called a few times in August, but no one could give me an update. When I called to inquire about it mid-September, I was told that it was supposedly mailed on 8/19 but had been returned due to an incorrect address. NO ONE CALLED TO TELL ME IT WAS RETURNED!!! Once I confirmed that the address on file was correct, I was told to wait another three weeks for it to arrive in the mail. Mind you, the office that it’s supposed to be mailed from is about an hour from me. I literally could have driven there and picked up the check. It’s now October and I still haven’t received my money. I have called countless times and left several messages and no one has called me back yet. I’m sure if I owed money, I wouldn’t be able to get them to leave me alone. This is totally unacceptable.

Online customer service is so rude , i never experiencing worst customer service ever , they do great work but customer service is horrible and the Hispanic lady at the Stockbridge location was very rude and said a slight racial slur . The Tucker location is pretty cool .

Usually have a good experience here , however last my trip was awful. The lady that worked on my braces had a horrible attitude & even complained that she wanted to go home.
Made smart remarks which made me feel uneasy. I never want her working on again.
