Mrs Kelly McDowell always conducts herself as professional as professional gets.
She has great bedside manners and seems to show concern about my healing process that most doctors I've visited. The staff is great as well. And I do highly recommend this facility if you want good customer service and I also have to mention the up keeping. Its always clean and neat.

First of all, I was impressed with the staff. They were professional and very accommodating. Secondly, as I waited for service, I chatted with a patient that was very confident in the service she has received. My meeting with Dr Miller was thorough as she was eager to make sure that I was in good physical health before leaving the facility. 👍🏼

From the first visit I have never had an unpleasant visit. This office is prompt , courteous, kind and always listen to your needs. The front office staff is fantastic. My doctor of 30 years retired. I was so afraid of finding a new pain management Doctor Who managed Medtronic implant Pain pump. I was so happy to find Dr. David Rosenfeld. His nurse who took all the information was very patient with me, took all the time necessary very pleasant to work with. I was the last patient of the day she never made me feel rushed.. when the nurse practitioner came in, I could not have asked for anyone to be any kinder. I felt so welcomed to the practice. Dr. David Rosenfeld came in, I felt so comfortable talking to him because of the experience with his staff.
