I love this doctor! My overall visit was nice and his staff was very professional and friendly. Dr vega took ample time to listen to me and did not make me feel like i was wastng his time. Afterwards his staff got everthing handled and situated and i was able to get things taken care in a sigle day. I left his office happy and satified to know that my health is in good hands 🙂

Rude doctor, dirty old office, unprofessional. He was discussing patient information in the waiting area and was very rude when we walked in. I was a new patient and went up to what barely could be considered a reception area to say I had an appointment. The doctor, Vega, rudely told us to sit down and they'd get to us. He did this to others that came up and no one ever came to do intake. We left. The place wasn't so bad, even though it was old and dirty, but he was so rude. No one deserves that.

I selected this dr with my Medicare program. Last week I felt a sinus infection coming on and called to see if I could get appt was told none available but to go in to complete paperwork so I did,they took me to room drew blood and throat culture then sent me for nasal imaging. I Wanted antibiotics and told need test results first,needless to say I have been totally miserable for 6 days and find out today from them of no indication of infection. It sure was a mistake changing from Kaiser for this B.S.

If 0 stars was an option I would do that. The worst doctor I have ever seen. Did not give me antibiotics when he should have, the office forced me to make a follow up appointment (probably because no one ever wants to go back) and he told me (when I had a sinus infection) that my ears were just dirty. Unbelievable. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS!

We were assigned this doc through our new health plan. I tried to make an appt. for my wife and they said I can't do that. I have always done it before. Not friendly and could feel the attitude. Hopefully our next doc will be a better experience.

I am surprised with the negative reviews as my experience has been that he responds quickly. I don't find him rude but I do find that he shoots it from the hip and that could be interpreted as rude. Overall just be straight and give him a chance to know you -

Staff is really rude, they have no empathy for the patients, you can be dying and they donr care, appointments are given 3 months away, if they are so overworked stop taking new patients. And when they have you wait 2 hours they dont go by the book.
