Nurses are hit or miss there. Some are great, some are the absolute worst I have ever seen. Unfortunately everything thing else is horrible. Telehealth call? Get ready for multiple interruptions and talking in the background. Need a medication refilled? Leave a message and maybe, just maybe they will send it in. Oh, your pharmacy called in a refill. Lol. Good luck with that. The main problem with this place is that they are so backed up with patients that cannot keep up. That is obvious and I am not faulting them for that. However, you do not need medical training to answer the damn voice messages that are left. That could be done by just about anyone and there is no excuse for that. What good is having a PCP if I cannot get my medications filled in an appropriate amount of time?
Update 11/18/24: After 5 years, I have decided to find another PCP. They prescribed a class of meds which I told them I had had bad reactions to in the past, ignoring my concerns. The result was a very very bad time. I encourage anyone looking for a PCP to look elsewhere.

I used to love this practice. Dr. Al-Shroof is great, but the practice has went downhill in the past few years. My husband and I had bloodwork done 10
says ago and still no results. No one can help with that. They won’t answer the phone. I just sat on hold 20 minutes to make an appt before I gave up. If you happen to get to leave a message no one calls back. I got my husband to start coming here after we married. I regret that. Just go somewhere else.

I love this office. I see Kristi at the satellite office. I love how you walk in and are right away greeted and treated like family. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. From check in , the nurses , the doctors all the way up to the office mgt Shannon. I have been going so long they all know me and make it a point to say hello.
I wish more offices would practice this way. If something comes up and you need to be seen they will make it happen. Wait time I don’t think I have ever sat more than 5 min, I absolutely love the atmosphere.
This is a one of a kind office where you actually like going to the doctor.

DR. SHAROOF GREAT! HIS STAFF AT TIMES NOT SO GREAT. I JAVE TWICE LEFT THERE WITH PERACRIPTIONS THAT WOULD BE SEND TO MY PHARMACY OF CHOICE. YET TWICE(SEPERATE APPT) I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY MEDS.
