Dr. Karam and his team provided an amazing experience for me. They guided me through the process before, during, and after the surgery. Dr. Karam is meticulous and his work is exquisite. The entire experience was wonderful. The entire was wonderful. Nurse Ishania helped me feel so relaxed when I was so nervous about my compression sutures and she definitely put my mind at ease.

What an amazing experience! It’s been ten days since Dr. Karam did my vertical restore with lower lids and a lip lift. I knew when I chose him that he was superb, but the full package from office to staff to a place to stay across the street has been wonderful. I seriously began considering flying in from my home in South Carolina to San Diego when I learned that he gets his incredible results comfortably for each patient without using general anesthesia. But there was no real way to know in advance to know just how well his staff would take care of me: from easy access to his surgical coordinators during the planning process to nurses who followed through on every detail before and during the procedure it’s self to a post surgical team that has not only seen me each day since, but who has made wonderful suggestions for my continued progress when I leave in the next two days. I have enjoyed each step and felt cared for by new friends who have become as close as family.

It’s been a few months since my surgery and I couldn’t be more happy. From the very first moment of submitting photos and a phone call with the patient coordinator, I could tell that I was in extremely qualified hands. All my questions and concerns were answered by the Antonio before setting up a virtual consult with Dr. Karam. Dr. Karam is a very kind and calm person, who is obviously incredibly talented. Speaking with him gave me a sense of what would be realistic in terms of results and what to expect. He does not push in any way whatsoever. He offers his opinion and is very mindful in his approach. Prior to surgery, I spoke with 2 nurses who very much prepared me for everything I needed to plan and consider. Throughout the process I had questions, and they were always answered. During the meeting with Dr. Karam the day prior to surgery, a sense of great calm came over me. His work is so beautiful and natural and I knew I would be in great hands. Post operatively, I would come in on a regular basis to have sutures removed by the post op nurses who were just wonderful - and to check in on how I was doing. I saw Dr. Karam several times throughout that process and he was always very kind, very calm and available to answer questions or concerns. Even now, several months later, if I reach out to the office with a question or concern,, there is a helpful response. Dr. Karam’s team are all incredibly professional, knowledgeable, warm and kind. He runs an incredible operation. In terms of results, I am still healing, but am over the moon with how natural and more youthful I look. I’ve had a couple old friends tear up when they saw me because they were so overwhelmed with how natural and beautiful they thought I looked. They said I looked like when I had first met them. Nobody who doesn’t know ever thinks I’ve had anything done. The main comments are that my skin looks so beautiful, I never age, etc… But never a question of if I’ve had anything done. I really wanted to look more like how I did when I was younger. I didn’t want to look like a different person. And this exactly what Dr. Karam achieved. I recommend him and his team 1000% if you want to look like yourself when you were younger.. The experience has been just so professional and wonderful.
