The whole team at Anchor Physical Therapy are great! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I always look forward to going to PT at Anchor. Their manual therapy techniques helped improve my pain significantly! Their app is also very helpful to guide my home exercise program. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

After weeks of recurring pain (pro-tip: don't pick up an occupied car seat while leaning and then twisting to the side...), I sought out help from Anchor PT. It turns out that my issues were pretty straightforward: they figured out what was wrong within minutes, performed exercises that eased the symptoms substantially on the first day, and provided a series of exercises and stretches that improved things even more. Over the next few weeks, the pain dropped away to essentially nothing as they tweaked my treatment plan, explaining everything in detail as we went. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful, and the work they did was superb!

I would highly recommend Anchor Physical Therapy. I took my ten-year-old daughter for physical therapy. She loved the clinic! The physical therapists knew how to work with kids. Also, they look at the whole body when assessing the injured area, which made a huge difference in her recovery!
