Everyone in the office is so friendly. They made my husband and I feel so comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Hanley took his time with us, he talked to us , listen to us, treated us like patients not numbers. Dr Hanley and his staff are the best. We are so happy to have found this family practice.

My initial appointment went great. Very thorough with the questions asked. The staff is very nice and I absolutely felt they know their stuff. Dr. Hanley is amazing and I will see him again for follow-up appointment. Overall great clinic. So happy I found them!

I have known lots of physicians in my 79 years--plus I was a pharmaceutical rep and knew many more than most people. I have never met a physician who cared anywhere close to how Dr. Hanley cares. He listens and responds, he genuinely wants to help every one of his patients, and has organized his practice so that he is able to spend more time with every patient. His office staff is amazing--friendly, efficient, and helpful.

I was very impressed from the moment I walked in until the end of my appointment! The office is light and open and beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The staff was wonderful…professional, down to earth and friendly! I was very comfortable sharing all my medical history and current concerns. Dr. Hanley was amazing…listened very intently…gave his full attention without typing into a computer, had some important insights and gave me some great options to try. He is very friendly, kind and a great listener!! I highly recommend them!

We always have a wonderful experience at Dr Hanley's office. From the personnel at check in/ check out, to the MAs and RNs, you always feel as though you are the most important patient. Dr. Hanley is so attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. We tell all of our friends how lucky we are to have his talents on Pine Island!! Thank you all for all that you do!!

Dr. Hanley is truly a 5 star candidate. He communicates well and he thoroughly listens to your concerns. I sense a little of the old school but he has a lot of knowledge of the new school. His bedside manner is second to none, truly a wonderful doctor. I can can highly recommend him for any of your health issues.

I love it here! The uniforms are bright (neon green and blue), and the office, though minimal, has the cutest collection of mostly colorful gecko wall art. The staff is always amazing and friendly and help me feel less stressed when I'm not feeling 100%. And Dr Hanley's always patient, attentive, and professional. I never feel rushed. He also sees my husband and children, and he's always interested in how we're doing. He very obviously cares for me and my family. I especially love it that his focus is actually on health and letting the body do its job whenever possible and not throwing drugs at everything single thing. We're grateful to be under his care and for everyone else at the Pine Island office.
