Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Kramer was very professional and had great bedside manner. I felt comfortable during my procedure which was done in the office. The front office is very responsive and easy to get through to a real person.

Dr . Kramer is an excellent surgeon. He thoroughly explains everything and makes you feel at ease.He successfully performed surgery on my mother and myself and I trust him. It was easy to schedule the initial appointment and to get on his calendar for the procedure as well. I he office staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend him!

Truly phenomenal, that’s all I can say. I went in Wednesday night with severe abdomen pain and took tests. Dr. Kramer interrupted his night to come into the hospital at 11:30 PM and perform an appendectomy on me. This was said that it could have waited until the morning, but he came in and did it. He explained perfectly what he’d be doing, he was very friendly and personable, had perfect bedside manners and seemed to genuinely care the entire time. The surgery went amazing, 5 days later I’m feeling GREAT! He is extremely professional and helpful. Nancy, one of his nurses, was extremely helpful when I ran into a small issue regarding an incision point. She squeezed me into an appointment 2 days before scheduled, and made sure I was OK. She even was so kind as to allow me to text her late into the evening with questions regarding my specific issue. Quality work, quality doctor, and quality staff. 10/10 recommend. Thank you, Dr. Kramer!

My husband had double hernia surgery in February of this year. Everyone in the office is fast and friendly. Dr. Kramer is an AWESOME! Han(sp?) Is AWESOME as well. Very friendly explained things so you can easily understand. The only issue is you usually wait a while, but you understand why when the Dr is on the room with you. He takes time with his patients. I was referred to Dr Kramer for an excision by my Dermatologist. From the first visit, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr Kramer was very knowledgeable, calming and answered all of my questions. Two days later I was in for the procedure and was impressed with the entire experience. From check in to discharge, the entire team was professional, friendly and calming. A very pleasant experience for an unpleasant procedure.
