Dr Andrist and his office staff are absolutely wonderful. They are always friendly and helpful. Dr Andrist takes the time to get to the root cause of an issue rather than just recommend a band aid fix. I recently had sinus surgery with Dr. Andrist and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. He took the time to explain every aspect of the procedure without swaying my decision. He presented all the facts to me and we decided on a plan of treatment that made the most sense for me. The after care I have received has been top notch. Dr Andrist and his staff have answered every question or concern I have had even weeks after my surgery. I would recommend Dr Andrist and his staff to anyone who is in need of an ENT doctor!!

Very hard to get an appointment even after talking to nurse. Had surgery and developed severe infection. After taking antibiotics ear is still popping and draining a month after surgery. Doctor is never consulted about my issue as the nurse gives her opinion and will not give me a appointment just because I had seen him recently. Things do change since then. No dr is too busy to take 5 minutes with a patient.

Dr. Andrist is very insightful and exhibits confidence of knowledge without being arrogant. He responds to your questions and concerns with respect and clearly knows his stuff. The office staff is polite and were able to accommodate me for a next-day appointment when I accidentally mixed up the days for my scheduled appointment.

Not good at all had sinus surgery a year ago and now suffer worse I was told this would help my problems with allergies and it sesms like half his equipment doesn't work properly I was blown off when I question why things are worse
