Best Podiatrist I've ever been treated by. Virtually pain free, procedure done quickly and thoroughly. Office staff is equal to Dr in quality care, as for as receptionist, prep for procedure, and scheduling. Staff very friendly and accommodating. 5 stars not high enough rating compared to my previous podiatry experiences. I arrived 15 minutes before my 10am appointment and walked out at 10:19 am. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

AWESOME staff they make me feel like family. I was very anxious about a certain procedure, but James the MA made the whole experience very comforting & knows exactly what he’s doing. Dr.Barker is very knowledgeable , precise and also made the experience very comforting. If I could give 10 stars I would such a great team.

Normally I would give 5 stars, but I was denied my appointment today because I apparently have an outstanding balance that I received no notification of. Instead of offering a solution I was told I needed to reschedule because I can’t be seen by the doctor until I’m able to pay WHAT MY INSURANCE COVERS! Had this been brought up when I made the appointment it would have been one thing because anytime I make an appointment anywhere I get told if I have a balance or not and if I will owe to be seen or not. When I asked I was told NOTHING. I am now in pain and can’t be seen unless I wait weeks because of an issue on the side of the office. The fact that I wasn’t offered a solution and just told “you’ll have to be rescheduled until you can figure out how to pay” is insane especially because I have not received a bill from the office or my insurance and if I owe from a visit I will get something from my insurance telling me what I owe and why I owe it THEN i would receive a bill in the mail from the office. Neither of which I’ve received. This has me thinking very hard on whether I want to return as a patient or not.

Run! 8 months later I’m still dealing with them with zero care or guidance. I would never recommend to anyone. Came in for bunion care and custom orthotics. No help for bunions. Second opinion elsewhere advised surgery. Was asked to pay half up front for orthotics even though they said they would bill insurance. I called my insurance to ensure their coverage; insurance did. A month passed no claim was ever submitted even though I was told by three people at this office that a claim was submitted. I called numerous times to get one. Then had to call multiple more times to get the refund. Was told 4-8 weeks for product to come back. I called, checked in, no call back. 4 months pass. I didn’t relent, so finally they tell me they just called supplier and they were shipped a month ago and lost in shipping. So…now I wait more. They finally came back and we’re not custom orthotics. Not custom!!! Over the counter plastic you can get!! My insurance has given them hundreds of dollars for literally no care. Tricare recommends reporting to insurance fraud for keeping funds never serviced. No professionalism, seemingly no care for patient or their pain, not honest about billing. Hard to work with. Don’t recommend.

Dr Thomas Legacki is an amazing doctor! Truly cares about your entire health! He takes the time to explain the problem in terms you can understand. He gives you multiple ways you could treat the issue and informs you of all of the different treatment options so you can make the choice that is best for you. Excellent bedside manner! Very patient and understanding! He listens to all your questions and concerns. His support staff are so nice, friendly and extremely helpful! They treat you like you are family. They are very patient and caring! I have been a patient for a while and have always had the best care possible each visit. Very easy to make a schedule and very little wait time. I will be a patient for life with Dr. Thomas Legacki!!!

Dr. Legacki and his whole staff are wonderful, his assistant Eric is very professional and knowledgeable of his job. The front desk receptionist makes you feel welcome and she’s knows me by name when I walk in. Dr. Legacki, answers all my questions and makes me feel at ease with any procedures or surgeries that I have already had or will be getting in the future. If in need of a great podiatrist, look no further, I definitely recommend him.

I have been very well taken care of at Ankle and Foot Associates. Friendly and helpful staff and I felt confident and secure in Dr. Legacki's care. It's apparent that he really cares about his patients. I highly recommend this practice for all your foot and ankle care needs!

Really nice staff, minimum wait times and well done work. I will be there again soon and I feel better already. Thanks to everyone that works there, from the front desk, the nurses as well as the doctor I had.
