I had been suffering from ingrown toenails on both big toes for years and contacted the office and had an appointment with in a week and they did both toes the same day and the only pain was the shots before the surgery and it was not bad at all. I wish that I would have done this years sooner.

Dr. Kramer was extremely unprofessional and quite rude. He proceeded to explain how my injury would “heal on its own” and then tried to schedule an un-needed surgery. I’m not sure if he’s looking for the extra income for some reason, but I would not recommend under any circumstance.

Valerie Littleton and Lyn Carver denied much-needed care to my mother, causing her significant and unnecessary pain and suffering. They were unprofessional, discourteous, and overall apathetic to patients. I am sickened by their behavior, and their unbecoming conduct. Dr. Kramer is the owner of the establishment and allows and employs people of low morality and they do not care about their patients. I hope others have a different experience with them because this experience with them has just been abhorrent. Val and Lyn Carver are unsuitable to be interacting with the public. They don’t care about the patient’s needs. Litigation likely to follow this traumatizing and unnecessary experience by Dr. Kramer’s staff.

I’ve never been lead to leave a review for anything but I can’t allow anyone else to receive the treatment I experienced. I went to the office because I was experiencing issues with my foot once I returned home from school. Once I was seen by the doctor before they started they told me my insurance wouldn’t be covering the procedure. I explained to the doctor I’d come back another time. The doctor and I shared a conversation and she told me to not worry about the procedure and that she’d let the front desk know NOT to charge me for the procedure just the Co-pay and the insoles for my feet. What I thought was a blessing in May turned out to be a nightmare in December when I found out I had a outstanding bill from the practice and that the doctor that worked on my foot called my claim “inaccurate” and that it never happened. It broke my heart because I really trusted her . Feelings aside my advice when seeing this practice is to be EXTREMELY CAREFUL. I received no call or email about a bill and now seven months later I have an outstanding bill. Please don’t allow them to deceive you too.

Valerie Littleton and Lyn Carver denied my mother, whom recently underwent an invasive surgery, the much-needed assistance that she requires, which put my mother in significant pain and discomfort due to an unwritten “policy” that I was not in violation of based on their signs. They were completely and utterly unprofessional and apathetic to my mother’s condition and her medical needs. Will definitely be referring my mother to a SENSITIVE doctor’s office, with PROFESSIONAL and EMPATHETIC employees instead. This was truly a sickening and repugnant experience, and will also be seeking a litigious avenue of resolution.

I've been going to dr karmer for years now first time was had plantar fassic and he did surgery on it and haven't had issues with it since. This last time I shattered my right ankle by tripping over a rock and he tried a lot of stuff before I had to have surgery. I'm recently recovering for it but dr karmer is a great dr and very nice and he'll sit with u until u understand the problem. I'd recommend him to anyone who is having issues with their foot or ankle

I LOVE Dr. N. Wilson!!!! The staff was absolutely terrific and even though I had a wait, it was well worth it. Always remember if you have a long wait at the Dr office that means he/she must be pretty good to have that many people in the waiting room. I will continue to see her for ALL my podiatric needs and my husband is going to make his appointment too.

I just love Doctor Wilson. She has a great personality and very professional. She answered all of my questions and talked me through everything she was doing. She listened to my concerns and gave me my options on proceeding. I'll def recommend her to any and everyone.
