Made appt. Gave info. Said they would send portal to complete info. No portal sent. Called before appt to verify email correct. They said if I did not get I could fill out at appt. Did not tell me to be there 1/2 hr early. Drove hour in traffic got there on time. They refused to keep my appt because they did not have electronic info. Said that is just the way it is. If office is this way I can’t imagine the dr is efficient.

DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO.!!! Arrived at 134 for 145 appointment. Would not see me because I should have been there 30 min ahead of appointment time. I showed the receptionist where my text said confirm 145 appointment nothing about coming 30 min early. Proceeded to tell me for 15 minutes " well you couldn't be seen now anyway because it's after 145 and you haven't done paperwork." I could have been done with paperwork in that time. No consideration for patients in pain or waiting weeks for a specialist appointment clearly!!!!

Both my visits to Dr Federico Auger have been for plantar fasciitis. Thoroughly explained the etiology and treatment plan and injections were fairly painless and within minutes had relief.

Went in yesterday with a VERY painful ingrown toenail I'd had for almost a month which I originally thought must be gout. Epsom soaks, lidocain ointment, and other home treatments didn't help
Dr. Auger saw me on an expedited basis, paimlessly trimmed the toenail spike out, and trimmed the hardemed skin/scar tissue my body had built around and over it, and in minutes the swrlling in my big toe had gone down, i walked out without pain nor limp, and ijust walked 7.25iles this morning without a trace of pain for the first time in months.

Dr. Auger is an exceptional podiatrist from my experience. He is empathetic, skilled, precise, and communicative. His staff are friendly and highly competent. Everything about my visit was awesome. Toe pain that I had foolishly ignored for months was greatly relieved during my visit and gone on day 2. I wish healthcare was always so effective and efficient but I feel that practices like his are the exception rather than rule. If you desire top notch podiatry, look no further. The practice is located in a convenient area of Carrollwood.

My experience with Dr Auger was great. He performed bunionectomy osteotomy on both feet. He has the best bedside manner. Always answered my questions frankly and respectfully. Unlike prior doctors I consulted who gave me misinformation and/or talked down to me for having questions about the procedure, recovery and expected results. Heidi was also wonderful. Assisted me through the process of coordinating/fulfilling requirements from my insurance and the hospital where my surgery was performed. Great customer service. I appreciate it all so much because I had been considering the surgery for years due to pain but never felt confident enough to put my health in any doctors hands until Dr Auger and Heidi reassured and answered all my concerns.

First time visit, recommended by my personal physician due to possible arthritis. Great experience - the staff, Lindsey and Heidi, were pleasant, prompt and caring. I was very impressed and pleased with Dr. Auger. He came into the room with a big smile, made me feel comfortable and sat down to listen to me. His exam and approach was top notch, thorough and very professional. Taking his time he made sure I understood the situation, cause and care needed. I will certainly return and have already recommended him to several family members.
