Very good experience. Very friendly staff. My Dr. Shaynah Goldfine was terrific. She was very informative and practical when addressing my problems. We developed a plan along with a time frame to correct my issues. She spoke cautiously when explaining my options. She explained the various procedures to my understanding.
Thank you and I look forward to being bunion free as well as pain free.

I have nothing to say because they are more than wonderful. I went to several clinics and doctors regarding my injury and heard a lot about the treatment costs in thousands of dollars and urgent surgery and other such really worrying talk!!!! But my visit to this medical center was quick and excellent and the diagnosis was professional for a very small amount and the treatment was simple in price. My visit was two days ago and now my foot is in a better condition and the pain is decreasing. Thank you very much for the amount of positive energy and smile on the patient's face and the beautiful way of dealing with the front office and the doctor's assistant and the doctor himself Thanks again guys

Dr. Goldfine (he) and Madison, as well as the front desk, are efficient, personable, sensitive to my unique medical dynamics, and responsive. Their technical skill leads me to trust them for my needs after just two visits.

Dr. Goldfine was very professional and super nice. The front office employee was absolutely lovely, so pleasant. It was a great vibe at their office! Dr. Goldfine offered me options for treating my issue as well as a quick pain relieving shot of cortisone. Thanks doc!

Honestly this so much better than I anticipated. Highly recommend Michelle & Dr. Goldine.

I had been putting off getting an ingrown removed for months and it got to a point where it was keeping me awake at night. Plus I had my postponed honeymoon coming up (Paris in fall so a lot of walking and definitely could not get away with open toed shoes like I could have when I was supposed to be going to Italy in summer)

I was able to get a next day appointment and they were able to take care of it same day. Which was unexpected. But the biggest positive, was the bedside manner.

So full disclosure I am that person who does not handle pain well (anymore). Going to the pediatrist is similar to going to the dentist for me. I HATE it. I absolutely will avoid it until I am in so much pain I can't really ignore it anymore. Which is exactly what I did here. I had been treating and dealing with this ingrown on my own (which I'm used to doing and have done many times successfully over the years) for 5 months. But there was an infection and again, a very big European honeymoon coming up. With lots of walking. So it really had to go.

Another full disclosure, I'm also not someone who's not so great in terms of self control where where pain and anxiety are mixed. I definitely warned them and apologized in advance (and probably a few times during and after) for any and all of the UNHINGED AF things that came out of my mouth while this was going on. Both Michelle (the PA who did my initial consult and felt with the truly crappy aspect of numbing me Pre-procedure...did I mention I'm a complete child where needles are concerned?) AND th Doctor both could not have been nicer or more humane about it. There's a difference between dry professionalism, and being a person, and they were both so great and understanding and full of good humor.

I had to ask them to take many breaks, reposition the seat, let me have a bit of a cry and I almost threw up at one point. It took way longer than it could have (totally my fault) They again listened to me say the most unhinged crap with such a good attitude, and got it done.

I also want to say my old doctor, who has retired, had a pretty prestigious career. He was the ballet's pediatrist when I was dancing there (which is how I found him) and was also the pediatrist for many other prestigious sports teams such as the Falcons at the same time. He removed 2 ingrowns on me 12 years ago (as well as other procedures in vet the years) when I was still dancing, and did so with more needles per foot (6 in each foot-12 total, versus the 3 I had this time around) and the numbing lasted much much longer. I am writing this 6 hours after and it is just starting to wear off. It also seemed stronger as the first time I did this, it was a similar experience to having a procedure at the dentist. You are numbed, but can still feel someone rooting around in there. It was the same. This time, I was really truly far less physically aware that anyone was doing anything. It was so much better. The doctor worked quickly, once I sucked it up, he was done in maybe 5 min.

It was an altogether better experience. I'm not sure if it was because in 12 years things have improved, or it's new techniques, or he's just a better doctor...but this was a far better experience.

I am so grateful this is over and how quickly they took care of it. Also for how nice everyone was.

Highly recommend!

My husband visited the West Cobb office for treatment of his foot . Though the office was in network , the lab they used for testing specimen was out of network . I had to pay $500 out of network charges for the testing !!! Not very happy about this . I called the office to get more clarity and I was told that they verify with insurance for appts with the clinic but they don’t with the lab . The lab has to verify with insurance on their own . Like how am I or my husband suppose to know as a first time patient , what lab they use and if it’s in network or not . Totally unprofessional. I know better and I will not be using this office again .

Dr Goldfine was great for wound care. She quickly took care of my issue, let me know how to care for it at home and my pain was instantly gone!
