Dr. Bains was my primary physician when i switched from Kaiser to Sutter . What stands out about him is that he’s really a good listener and quite analytical. He is an empathetic person who views his patients as partners in formulating and the execution of their individual treatment plans, In other words he engages you in thinking things through with him. It’s rare. Dr. Bains is a great provider. I would entrust my health needs to him anytime.

Dr. Bains is a true professional. Ive had the opportunity to work with Dr. Bains over the years. He has treated both myself and my wife with compassion, professionalism, and genuine empathy when we visit. Before he gives his recommendation or his diagnosis he has always asked us the same question—“what do you think is the cause?” He listens and always goes out of his way to make sure when we leave his office we are walking away with answers or a plan of action.
