Had to stop here for the night because it was getting dark, it was raining and was on a motorcycle. The only other option was the Comfort Inn, and it was booked. This place is disgusting. Roach crawled up my leg while I was sitting in the chair. Sheets had spots on them. Bed was not comfortable at all. Location is up a steep hill. No coffee. This place is a dump. Top 3 worst places I have ever stayed in. Had I not been in extenuating circumstances, I would not have stayed here.

Nothing good about this TRAILER Park not Inn/motel. Drug activity, loud arguing, most residents come here because of eviction or felony records. Black mold, mildew that they cover with white paint, bed bugs, cockroaches and rotting floors. NO wifi with smart tvs = no TV and spotty phone service. Regular garbage pick only once a month so garbage overflows everywhere. Only thing concerns management is the rent! It's a trailer park that rents to mostly sketchy people. Murder, armed standoffs, police had to shoot a lady, drug and assaults, domestic disturbances and more. Problems with sewer lines and too small parking places, unsafe porch railings. County obviously doesn't enforce fire-health-building codes State inspector's need to come this place is a public disgrace! Forced to give it a star but it's worst place I've ever stayed in my 65 yrs, made me miss being homeless! $520. a mth/$75. a nite for this... outrageous and shameful!

Clean rooms. Comfortable but small beds (full size). Plenty of electrical connections. Good value for the price. Parking is tricky for larger vehicles, and the drive to the lodge is VERY steep and very narrow. There are some loud vehicles making the climb late at night.

Jas really go e down hill since the first time we stayed. The room was dirty and TV stand was broken. The shower had a certain way you had to turn the knob to cut it off. The worst part of all was they had roaches. Don't stay here unless it's the only thing you can afford. I don't know what happened; it was good the first time we stayed about two years ago.

We have stayed here the past 4 years for a week while in Virginia for a family reunion. I will have to say in the past it wasn't always in the best of shape. However the past 2 years it has improved greatly with this year being the best. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. They even provided a grill and fire log so we could cook out and roast marshmallows for July 4th. Tiffany and Randy are very friendly and would sit outside and visit with us when they weren't busy in the office. When we are in that area and needing a place to stay I will definitely stay there again.

This is a workers community. Most of the tenants stay a few weeks or months while doing work at Suncoke. It is a place where everyone lives together peacefully regardless of race or national origin. It is $466 a month for a single person.

It's really nice here. rooms for 2, there's 2 twin beds, they are comfy. a nice table with 2 chairs. there's a nice size closet. Lots of room for your stuff. Another chair if u wanna sit. Flat screen tv.
There's no bedbugs, I saw the comment an it flipped me out. I checked, talked to other people that's stated an left, an came back.
Just stayed here again, Oct 2019.. still a great place. Prices went up alil per night, but it's still the cheapest PM place to stay. 4 nights were $120. Cell service u get 1 bar w at&t, but there's free wifi. There's a Walmart just down the road. A public bus run to this hotel, so u don't have to drive.
