hate that I’m so bad with names but when I went there, the young lady at the front office was so polite and sweet. She made checking in real easy and knew I was gonna have trouble before I even did and had the solution before I got there. The nurse who handled me was so polite and caring And made me feel very. Even when She was giving The instructions during my drug test She was so gentle and explained everything. And it was a Saturday so I know sometimes working a Saturday feels terrible, So I’m thankful For them Having such good customer service

The receptionist at the front task could have been a little more friendly but other than that the young lady who is currently expecting took my vitals. I was super apologetic because I was sick and I didn’t want to spread my germs to her while she’s carrying her child but she was super nice and assured me I was ok. The doctor was also super friendly and very helpful and polite. I will definitely be back.

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. However, the expectant mother that conducted my test was not very friendly. I understand that there are people from all walks of life that have to use their services, some who are upstanding, and some who are not. Regardless of the fact, I feel as though everyone should be greeted with a smile and spoken to with care.
I left felt feeling some type of way.

This place is awesome! I have worked in the health field, for many years and I know how most Facilities can be firsthand.
But…From the minute you walk in to Apple Care, the receptionist is so nice. The doctors are great. The NP‘s are great. The clinical staff is awesome. They totally listen to your needs and make sure you get the best care and treatment for whatever you are there for. The wait time is never long, (since it should not be for urgent care like most places are.) I highly recommend AppleCare! Love this place!!!

The receptionist is rude. The nurse, while knowing her job and does it well, is unfriendly. The Dr. was absolutely wonderful! Knowledgeable, kind, great bedside manner. Fix your receptionist or replace her...
