My ER experience in 2023 was not pleasant. BUT my experience in L&D in January 2025 was phenomenal. Dr. Justice and the nurses during my delivery were the absolute best and most helpful and comforting. The nurses that cared for me and our baby afterwards were kind, courteous and extremely helpful in helping me. I couldn’t ask for a better experience bringing a child into the world.

No sense of urgency in the ER. Nursing staff doing more talking and sitting at the nursing stations than helping patients. 1 star only because of the speed of EMS and their not even part of the system but play a critical role and were great. Fallrisk patients are on their own. You call for the restroom and someone comes 45 minutes later. No mask wearing. Maintenance not performed. Are you really safe here.

If i could give this Emergency department less than 1 star I would. The staff act like they are God. Worst staffing for nurses weekend of 9/20 through 23rd. Patient did not recieve food and has been in there for 2 days. Not NPO either. The social worker that was staffed needs to check herself and her authority. I fully believe my child was punished because she wanted to show her power. The nurses lie to the families of the patients. Nurses did not even go check on the patient who was there for a head injury. Didn't listen to the patient nor the family. Only wanted to prove what power they have. I hope someone ends up suing this hospital and finally I hope the uncaring staff lose their jobs which they definitely do not do. They play to much with all the games and giggling there is no way they can do their job. Bunch of the laziest people with no skills on how to treat another human being. I thought nurses went to school to care for patients not a social life. Worst hospital ever ?

I had an outpatient surgery on 9/19/2024 and the head nurse Tiffany in the Pre-operative Holding area was the worse ever. She was called in to give me an IV for my procedure. I informed her I could not have the IV in my hands or the crease of my arms. I ended up with 2 IV's for my procedure. Tiffany was rude, inconsiderate, nasty and any other nasty name you can think of. While trying to insert the IV in my left arm area between my elbow and wrist, she was way to rough and blew 2 of my veins. While trying to find a place to stick me she ripped off my arm band, threw it on the floor, jerked my arm so hard my elbow popped and yelled at me telling me I needed to hold still while trying to stick me. I was hurting so bad all I could do is cry. She finally turned my left hand over and informed me in a very nasty rough tone that she was going to stick it in my left hand no matter what. She did successfully get the IV in, but paralyzed my hand that I could not move my fingers and that is was shooting pains up my arm and I told her about it and she said "oh well", what do you want me to do about it. She proceeded to defy my wishes and she stuck the other IV in my right arm in the crease after being told not to. This was the most inconsiderate patient treatment and no one should have to endure such a person or their actions. She was unprofessional in the fact of her actions and she left the curtain to my room open so everyone could see what was going on. I looked up and had the whole staff and orderlies staring at me. I was pissed. Oh, she also left the needles on my bed and did not clean up after the IV's. My doctor was in the room when my husband found them on the bed and the doctor had him put them in the proper receptacle.
Totally inappropriate on the head nurse's behalf and should be reprimanded for her actions. I will be having another procedure done soon and I hope she is not there. I will have her dismissed and banned from my room.

My father had the unfortunate need to need care while in Thomasville, ga. Dr. Nadir I. Osman was consulted and he was terrible , not only did he completely misdiagnose my dad , but he basically told us we would be stupid to look at other options so we didn't get a test we needed. Then we were discharged. We ended up going to Duke medical center in NC where we received amazing care by an excellent neurology team and my dad had meningitis of unknown cause the entire time. Dr. Osman decided my dad had a stroke the moment he walked in and refused to look at other options. I would give this hospital 0 stars if I could. I hope Dr Osman sees this and that he learns from this mistake and can treat the next patient better. Terrible experience. There is nothing more dangerous than a doctor who thinks he knows everything and refuses to look into other diagnostic possibilities when their idea isn't right the first time . Every scan was negative for a stroke , he should have kept looking for a reason for my dad's symptoms .

NO STAR! The worst! Cane in at 10:15 with chest pains, right arm/shoulder pain, and nauseous. Had ekg, blood, and exray within an hour.....at 5:14 pm still waiting in er for results and still hurting....law suit coming...don't come here!
