I was able to make an appointment for urgent care and they took me right on time. They were already prepped for x-rays and Dr Yannopoulos was friendly and was very clear with his diagnosis and recommendation for treatment of my injured knee.

I was quite impressed with how efficiently and smartly doctor Yannopoulos and team handled my appt. The purpose of the visit was an eval and next steps regimen to be followed to handle problems with both my knee and shoulder. I walked in the door at 930 and walked out at 1015. Over that period x rays were taken of both areas and of course I was given the necessary documents to use in scheduling PT.

Dr. Yannopoulos as well as Diana and the whole team of OSP are nothing short of AMAZING!!!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! The entire staff I’ve come across from Avon to Manchester have been extremely kind! My mom had a spine injury and couldn’t do anything for months! We met with Dr. Root who got us involved with Dr. Yannopoulos and he diagnosed her instantly! Got her an MRI and then a week later he did her surgery! She’s doing so much better now! If I could give more stars I would!

Dr. Y is patient, thorough and professional and not quick to grab the scalpel. In my situation, he consulted with a neurosurgeon to make sure that his recommendation was the very best for the circumstances. Before using surgery, we’ve agreed to use non-surgical treatment options. His plan of treatment recommendation was very measured and made a lot of sense.
