I had a wonderful experience on my visit starting with the gracious girls at reception. They were so kind. Then the DR and his assistant were outstanding, knowledgeable and informative. Check out girl was also great. What a delightful experience. I even got a follow-up call when they found out my Rx could not be filled. What a place!!!?

I have been going to Arsenault Dermatology for twenty years now, and I am never disappointed with the care I receive. Today I saw Kaitlin Vaughn PA-C, whom I have seen a few times before and I absolutely love her. She is very patient and listens to your concerns and is excellent in discovering things I wasn't even aware of and provided the necessary treatments I needed. She's the best next to Dr. Arsenault herself as far as I am concerned. I highly recommend this practice.

Today, my grandma, who depends on oxygen and a walker, had a very disappointing experience at Arsenault Dermatology. Despite all the challenges she faces just to make it to appointments, including finding transportation, she arrived on time within their 10-minute grace period for her consultation. Unfortunately, there was a brief delay as another person was being helped at the front desk, which pushed us a couple of minutes over. Instead of understanding her situation, the staff refused to see her, citing the time policy. For an office that should show compassion and flexibility, especially with elderly patients, this was an incredibly disheartening experience. I expected better care and understanding. It was very heartbreaking to see my grandma in tears due to this situation.
