I made an appointment to remove my implants and get a lift (I’m sure there are some technical terms for this that I am obviously not using lol). I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were friendly and engaging. The price was about standard within the market. Dr. Arslanian made me feel extremely comfortable. He was very honest and gave me realistic expectations, which I absolutely loved the outcome! I followed the regimen and all his recommendations and I am very pleased with the results. He will definitely be my “go-to” surgeon for all my beauty changes/enhancements!

I’ll start with the Pro’s. The front desk staff is amazing. The facility is very clean and definitely is comfortable. The work I would give 3.5 out of 5. There are some things I didn’t like about the outcome of the surgery but nothing major.

Cons: Besides explaining the procedure he doesn’t really do a good job after surgery. So if you are concerned about the way something looks he is a bit dismissive. I noticed that on my first post op appointment. If you are coming for something he has never heard of in my case he gives a lot of push back. A lot of my concerns was not considered. Was his work good sure. But I would have definitely picked someone else. We talked about the smallest cups possible and of course I knew the risk. So I was going to need a second survey to reduce more and the VA decided due to my nerves I would need removal. Because he never heard If it the office visit was awful. I literally told him if he doesn’t want to do it he doesn’t have to. Then he went on to tell me that I would need to pay upfront for it because the VA may not pay him. Even though they are putting in the consult. I waited to write this review to see if anything would change or if I would be back but I decided I wouldn’t be and found another surgeon. I would highly suggest anyone coming from the Veteran Affairs with different reasons for their surgery to find another surgery. Like I said the work was pretty good. The comfort level was not.

Hands down the best plastic surgeon! Dr Arslanian and his team are top notch. I came to him for a revision tummy tuck and botched arm lipo (from a different surgeon) and he worked his magic... such natural looking results. He's honest and realistic in the consultation and prioritizes safety first.
