I'm so happy to have found my home for chiropractic, physical therapy and other needed relief all in one spot! Arvada Sport & Spine has the friendliest, skilled professionals who truly care for you and your healing journey. I've been seeing Dr Welling for regular chiropractic care for a year, following a negative chiropractic experience. His gentle and effective approach is the perfect fit for my body, given I have low back degeneration and disc issues. And Amy has been fabulous for physical therapy! She's such a positive energy and works with you to make sure the exercise program is a perfect fit for where you are in your healing. I'm very happy to have sound such wonderful professionals so close to home.

My family have been coming to Arvada Sports and Spine Group for a few years now. All the providers are great! Sam, and Dr. Welling are very knowledgeable and great at adjustments to manage pain. There are many treatment option like dry needling that are also available. Amy is the best, she makes PT almost fun with her bright personality and exercise programs. I also have to mention Sherri, the masseuse. She is very caring, and her hands are like magic. I highly recommend this facility for your overall wellness.

My back has never felt so good! The chiropractic, PT, and dry needling services have made a huge difference in my life. The staff is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They are efficient, on time, and make it easy to schedule. Great access with lots of parking, too. It's definitely the place to go in Arvada for the help that you need.

I absolutely love Arvada Sport and Spine. Dr. Welling is amazing. I have chronic back problems. I have seen a chiropractor for over 25 years and was very anxious about finding all new doctors when we moved to Colorado In 2018. I was going to try out different chiropractors to see which one I like….Dr. Welling was the first one and I never tried another one. My husband and I go once a month to keep us in alignment. When I do have a flair up the office is very accommodating at trying to get me in pretty quickly. We lived in Arvada when we first started . We now live in Colorado Springs . We didn’t want to find a new chiropractor.Worth the drive .I HIGHLY recommended Dr. Welling at Arvada Sport and Spine :)

I’ve been going here for 2 months, and everyone, from the front desk team to Amy and Rob (my fantastic physical therapists) and Sherry (an incredible massage therapist), has been amazing in helping me work toward full recovery. They’re not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and supportive, making each visit a positive experience.
