This was the greatest dental experience I have ever had! Everyone was kind and understanding. I was seen promptly and didn’t have to sit around idly for an extensive amount of time. After my exam and consultation, I was given options on what I would like to have taken care of and when. They offer third party financing for procedures and that process took less than five minutes to complete. Couldn’t be more happy with my visit!

I’m surprised this place has 4 stars, if I could give it zero I would. The first visit was not so bad, a typical dentist visit with a little wait but not a big deal. The second time I had gone I had an appointment for 9 Am. I showed up early before they opened at 8:45 per their request (to show up 15 mins prior to your appointment). I then proceeded to wait 2 hours before even being seated for a procedure that I was told would be a quick in and out. Then I waited in the room and didn’t finish my treatment until 11. I even had to reschedule a client meeting! I was not planning on leaving reviews as I don’t like to be negative, however the icing on the cake was when I got the bill. The “estimated” amount that I would need to pay was 80 or so based on my insurance plan that I had provided all the information for. Come to find that I need to pay the full amount (850)! I called my insurance and they said that the treatment was never covered on my plan to begin with. The information that was presented was very misleading and had I know it would cost the full amount I wouldn’t have done it. This place must have poor management or some other factor because the people there are nice. The only reason I got sat down in the first place was that the receptionist saw that I had been waiting for a long time. I would never wish this to anyone and would steer clear if possible. I wish I could have left a positive review…

Let’s start by saying I’m petrified of the dentist… and I’ve been neglecting a broken tooth for close to 6 years. All the ladies here at Aspen welcomed me and made me feel secure and okay while I was there. Even though I went in for a tooth extraction, they told me what was recommended. The extraction was super gentle. I didn’t even know when it came out. Thank you to all the staff at Aspen Dental for being able to work with me and calm my nerves and tears of anxiousness. I will definitely be coming back here for any and all of my needs regarding my teeth !!

Best dental experience I’ve had, ever!
From the hygienist to the dental assistant to the dentist, the energy was great, so authentic. They were patient, informative, and extremely accommodating. By the time I left, I had a dental plan that I was comfortable with and that I could afford!
Definitely recommend!
My girlfriend was also having issues with her teeth. They were able to schedule her tooth extraction and deep cleaning the day after her exam AND sent her home with a very fancy goody bag!!

Thanks Lee Langston took care of all my scheduling and payments for my teeth. Was In so much pain she prioritized what I was feeling and was super helpful and nice. The other doctors and nurses were very nice and helpful and funny made me forget my pain. They are clean professional take walk ins and can get what you need done. This should be how all Dentistry's she be with these amazing people and good service. I hope they move Lee Langston up because she is definitely a model worker!

A complete waste of time. I am giving them two stars because the receptionist was very nice. They deserve one star.I had an appointment and was seen almost 40 minutes later. I called prior to coming to inquire about what I was trying to do with my tooth. I asked if they did internal bleaching for a root canal tooth and was told they had an endodontist when I get there they do all of these X-rays and ask about my dental treatment after the technician tells me we don’t do that here she says wait for the doctor to come in. Why would I wait and have my insurance further billed and you all can’t help me. I was not going to let them dig in my mouth and create issues. After asking why I was still sitting in a room when they couldn’t help me. I was told that I could leave. I will be contacting my insurance company as well because they referred me there. As mentioned a complete waste of time. After reading the reviews I should have followed my first mind.Save yourself some time and do your research.

I absolutely LOVED the ladies at this location. Especially Angelica! She helped me figure out a way to get these wisdom teeth out of my mouth for a low cost and financing. They all were incredibly helpful in figuring out what I need to do and I'll definitely be going again.

The worst office I have ever been to.
In May of 2023 I had a dental exam at this office followed by 2 appointments within a month or so.
I paid my copays at the time of each appointment.
In October 2024 I received a bill from Aspen stating that I owed them $200+ for the exam that would've been 100% covered by my insurance.
I called my insurance company and was told that Aspen never filed a claim for this particular office visit and since it's been longer than 12 months, the insurance company can't do anything about it.
This office needs someone responsible in their billing department. Receiving a bill after over a year is unheard of. I already started seeing a different dentist where the claim was filed within days of my OV.
I previously had a dispute with Aspen over a much smaller amount because I had a credit transfered from a different Aspen location and paid the remainder but then again, months later Aspen tried to get more money even though it was covered by the credit funds and they were the ones to tell me I had credit to later say that the amount I owed was different (!?) they didn't tell me what the amount was but I looked at the statements from my insurer, everything initially stated was correct. I don't recommend doing business with this office, you may do everything right but they'll still mess something up and demand money from you for their mistakes.
Also, if your responsibility is less than you initially paid and get credit from Aspen, ask for a refund of the funds instead of credit to avoid frustrating situations like mine.
