The atmosphere there is never friendly nor are they timely. I had a 2 pm appointment, didn't get seen until 230. If I was 20 minutes late to my appointment I would have to reschedule, so they should be held accountable or mindful of clients time also. I have been a client for over 7 years. I will be looking for another dental business. The young what did my soft realign was very nice and courteous.

The first girl was nice and caring. The Dr wanted clearance from a surgeon for a surgery I had a year ago and from a Dr I never have to see again. I’m in constant pain for months now. I have visited two dentist and can’t get one dang tooth pulled. Just NWO bull crap as always. I can’t even get Medecine that works from them. They offer no help. They just want you to purchase $10000 worth of teeth and that is pretty much all they talk about. They have no empathy. The ladies at the front were great though. All they did was make my mouth much worse with all the stretching and biting down on X ray metal and offered no relief. They also said I may get a tooth pulled that day when I talked on the phone with them. They said $150 a tooth. I get there and they tell me $350 a tooth and I have to wait for a Dr to give me clearance even though I never see him again. They just lured you in and try to drain you of your energy, time and money. Like I said, NWO style.

I had a great painless experience. Not like the normal irritation of too much anesthesia for numbness and the illusional mouth swelling. I have tried many dentist in my lifetime but Aspen was far best. I recommend there services to the public. If you want to have clean teeth give them a visit. I’m looking forward to seeing them again Thursday for my next appointment. Thanks again Aspen!

The staff was nice and friendly. But, my main objective was to have a tooth extracted. Not, to have a consultation about purchasing dentures or implants. Made an appointment on Thursday for the following Tuesday.
Upon my arrival I was informed they had given my appointment away because I had not “verbally confirmed”
The front desk receptionist was basically an unemotional robot who just kept repeating herself that I hadn’t confirmed the appointment and that they had called me twice. They did call me twice, while I was at work. The voicemail that was left simply said to call back the same number, which I did within 10 minutes of missing the call. Although the voicemail said it was the number to the office, when I called it put me through the automated system. I followed the prompts to speak with someone at the desk and never reached anyone. Finally I got a prompt that said to confirm an appointment. I selected that prompt and my appointment was linked to the phone number I was calling on. I confirmed my information and the automated system said I was good to go for my date and time I had originally scheduled.
I left my job because I had a scheduled appointment and when I got there the receptionist just didn’t care. My friends warned me that aspen dental was the worst place I could go and recommended I go somewhere else. I should have listened. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

The ladies at the front desk of this place have a horrible attitude and are incredibly rude. They are also a little incompetent when it comes to determining insurance information. The lady called member services and said I only had a pediatric plan, but I called them immediately after, and she got information about my health plan, not my dental, even though they were the same member ID. When I walked back in to explain that, she was currently telling another patient the same exact thing, "You have a pediatric plan." The patient at the counter said the same thing I did, that they were supposed to be covered. The second lady behind the counter called me over and when I explained, that I had my insurance on the phone and there was a misunderstanding and my policy wasn't just pediatric, she cut me off and said "okay, well she's with another patient right now, you need to have a seat and wait your turn," treating me as if I was the one being rude and jumping in front of people. But... she literally just called me over. I ended up canceling my appointment and will be finding a different provider. 0 stars if I could. Do not go here if you want to be helped and be treated with kindness.

I really don't understand the bad reviews. Been going there a year now. 3 crowns, 1 root canal and no problems. Aspen is literally the ONLY office in town from my approved provider list that didn't completely blow me off when I said i have Marketplace Insurance. TY ❤️

Every staff member/doctor was super nice. They took the time to answer all our questions and made my husband feel at ease during his examination and cleaning. I highly recommend them for family dentistry.
