Sabrina was very kind and gentle with my X-rays. She did them very fast and efficiently.
She was great. And Wyatt is absolutely amazing, he cares about people and really understood my situation. Overall I’m very happy with this place. They are very caring and Wyatt is absolutely amazing

I am a dental patient with Aspen, (originally lady lake location) and I came in with extreme tooth pain and was met with rudeness after I asked to see the doctor. I was already talking to the doctor… I had no clue, her demeanor, and attire did not register to me as being a Doctor of the establishment.
Advice on how to quelch nerve pain would have been great, especially over the holidays.
Some kindness, compassion from the doctor would have made the world of difference for me. Unfortunately, I left crying and all of my appointments cancelled.
But don’t worry, I got my tooth fixed.

Went here due to being told they are open on Saturdays. After my first appointment I had to argue with them to get another Saturday appointment. All other appointments they refused to set for Saturday. People you call into are very rude on the phone. Took my temporary denture and kept it to make my final. Was told I would have teeth the hole time. Lie. Went back to get permanent teeth and they did not fit. Wait another two weeks. Mario was rude and obnoxious. Would never go here again. Ridiculous.

Had a major surgery here (many, many extractions and implants and dentures) and left feeling pretty okay! Ms. Emily, Ms. Mary, and Dr Hanoman were incredibly kind people and helped me with my nerves so much. Ms. Emily and Mr. Wyatt were especially concerned and helpful about my anxiety. They both made me feel extremely cared for and gave me a big sense of belonging. Their kindness touched me. Ms. Emily even gave me a weighted vest to calm my nerves! Mr. Wyatt personally went out of his way to check on me during my surgery multiple times and his presence is very calming. Ms. Mary is so educated and kind. She even went out of the way to show me how to floss properly AFTER she finished my cleaning. She went above and beyond for my dental health! The woman working up front (so sorry I didn’t catch her name) is concise and kind as well, and very good at her job!! A young man with two nose rings helped me with my second round of X-rays and he was just lovely too, and quite funny! Ms. Autumn and Ms. Jen also helped me feel comforted and taken care of. Ms. Autumn was soft spoken and so kind. She rubbed my shoulder and cooed at me while I cried out of anxiety right before my surgery. Ms. Jen was an obviously educated and sweet woman too. She put up with my crying while still doing her job flawlessly! Dr. Sadda, while not overly kind, never made me feel like a burden or waste of time. He was quick to adapt to my huge fear of needles and gave me any information I asked about! He also happens to have a great taste in music haha! This office cares for the people they help and that is abundantly clear. I would recommend this establishment to anyone, and especially those who are terrified of dentistry. They made the Big Bad not feel so scary or helpless. <3

Terrible place to go for dental, a cleaning, etc. My spouse is , A 30 yr veteran fl hygienist with hundreds of 5 star reviews. This place is a dental franchise owned by a unknown dentist? .

I never asked for anyX-rays and a short lady who must of been very new and not trained well on the machine whacked me on the arms and head more than a few times as it made its rotation during her operation of it. I said to myself im outta here the place was disorganied in personell and i get walked back to an area which had .in a dental chair but and in comes a lady who stated she been doing this for 30 + years. She Could of fooled me. , not grentle bit abrupt , so not nice at all Lol. !! I proceed to tell her no dental work today and in just checking the place out for my own reference.when It comes time to pick a place as big as a chain Aspen is. To go to ? The female blonde i guess was a dentist with no name tag and never introduced to me nor were there any wall certificates from the state of fl in denistry that I could see ? She blonde the dentist kept playing with her cell phone and running out to the lobby talking on it more and ignoring me , and i was left in the exam room type chair. Now a well dressed lady not in scrubs comes out and points to me me and leads me to a office type chair as she sits across from me trying to just upsell me on thousands if dollars on what they can do. I had my insurance card for dental care with me and should of just been a basic fee and free xrays , none of which occurred. The front desk receptionist not im office dental / medical scrubs and barely soraking and understandable english. So all this was Creating a bad very perception for me.. i paid them on 09.5.24, $50.40 by credit card and they never went over any type of a treatment plan of any type with me or any cost factors ? So i left with no intent to ever go back. My dental insurance card was for a cleaning only if needed which im out of network and they are in nj. Its % of a reimbursement to me as a patient at Aspen Dental and btw no cleaning ever occurred. No fluoride treatment, no experts at Aspen explaining anything to me as a brand new patient and then i find out they at aspen i guess behind closed doors had tried to run 10k in fees for my insurance on me. For things never even done. Onto my insurance. Through my insurance which i never authorized them to attempt to do, nor did i know about it. Then on 10/22/24 one month later i get a another blindsided bill in the mail for $252.00 . For what !!! I do not know.

So i started reading through their horrible patient reviews.and also about a class action suit for Aspen.
One would think they knew at aspen about my spouse in the dental field and that she is a 30 yr veteran hygienist and they never once treated me with any professional courtesy nor any respect. So i left and got in my car with their new mailed bill and my credit card first reciept that I had paid with a also paid receipt from my bank. I asked for the manager and a man about 6’5” - 275 lbs comes out and says im the manager whom i never saw ever before by the name on a business card saying ‘Wyatt Nelson - Operations manager.’ He Had no id tag and was in plain clothes. . I asked why two bills & where are my x-rays please. . He then prints out in blurry black in white ink on plain paper white a very blurry set of x-rays & ( no cd ) and i just left. It was obvious they were not trying assist me.

He asked if he could get me an envelope and he just laughed, so i just left. This office is run by. A Dysfunctional team. I will never go BACK !!

The outside contracted Oral Surgeon cares about no one but himself. Changes appointments randomly within 12 hours of notice, (4 times in fact) and the location gets the change notification after the patient does! No asking, no respect, just for his convenience. Does not seem to care that there is over $7,000 of money invested in this project or that his patients have lives, jobs, children. The lack of notice of these multiple changes has caused chaos trying to coordinate with work and a driver (Surgeon has failed to mentioned if the patient will be under anesthesia). Their hold "music" on the phone is all about how they care for their patients, and they have yet to show any care or compassion for this patient being jerked around.
