Muy mala atención, hice la cita hace un mes y cuando llego mi cita esta cancelada porque supuestamente tenía que confirmar la cita, nunca recibí un mensaje de esta confirmación ni llamada de voz, gracias a dios no me han atendido aquí he visto otros comentarios muy mala reputacio

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental here in Lake City. The staff and office manager went way and above to make sure my extraction was comfortable. The office manager took time to explain payment plans and what I wanted in regard to dental care. I highly encourage you to use these folks. Management sets the tone and the office manager is an exceptional employee. Thank you Aspen Dental.

My Aunt is deathly scared of denists as am I, however, the staff and Dr Acosta were amazing and made my Aunt comfortable. Which speaks volumes! If you are scared of going to the denist, trust when I say that the team there want you to be as comfortable as possible. Thank you to the staff and Dr's, you guys are the best!

ZERO STARS. Absolutely worst place ever. Went to my initial appointment and paid hundreds of dollars for a mew patient visit and the dentist didn’t even look at all of my teeth he only had me open my mouth. The assistant was cussing the entire time and complaining about her coworkers.
They scheduled me for a cleaning and made me pay upfront just to schedule it and then when I show up to my cleaning appointment, they told me they had “parked” it because I didn’t confirm my appointment so I could not be seen. Turns out that they got 2 digits mixed up and called the wrong number. So I took off work over 2 hours early, drove an hour, just to be told they could not see me. Then when I asked for proof that I would get a refund, they refused to give me one. The front desk staff laughed at the fact that I was upset over not being able to be seen. So now I am a pregnant lady who had to drive extra, take off work, and lose money, just to be told they won’t see me or refund me.

I went yesterday after waiting three months for an appointment. I need to have an extraction. The wait to see the doctor was long. The dental assistant was nice as well as the hygienist and doctor Acosta.
At the end they gave me the price totals. The extraction and crown totals were correct according to the discount plan I have. Then, she wrote by hand the price for the deep cleaning: $853. I was astonished; I have had those in the past and never paid more than $325. I asked if she could print it along with the other totals and she said no. Of course; that total was made up. They just wanted to ripp me off maybe because I am Hispanic or a senior.
I then asked if I could have the extraction and she said not until I had the cleaning.
I wonder how many people they are taking advantage of because they trust them.
After two hours, I left.
What a fiasco; I will never go back.

I was there for 2 hours and I hope not running late like this next time. They were very nice and explained things to me. Add: Then, I had to rush to another appointment and they never ever sent me a breakdown of what the $4000+ was for. If you go there, have full pockets, not for this poor soul. I went there September 3, and have not heard one word back. Not very good customer service for sure. The dentist was poking around under my front crowns and my mouth is still sore and the tooth is exposed on one. They just look for something to charge you more. I advise you to not go to this practice.

Lost an upper plate tooth on the weekend. Not debilitating but sure gave me an edge with my Alfalfa impersonation. Called Aspen early Monday and Tuesday and left messages. Decided to just show up on the off chance today was one of those days other reviewers have noted they got "worked in" and if not I'd make an appointment in person. Turned out, with Dynasty's help, it was "one of those days." She got a repair affirmative from the tech who, despite working solo, got it done today!
