This is my first visit... very friendly staffs and doctors seems very experienced i see.
First impression... not so good. Wait time is over 1 hour.
Secondly, imagine someone drops a candy into a drainage pipe, and they have to detach the pipe under the sink in order to get the candy back. They wash it and then put it in your mouth forever..... This is literally happened to me, just not candy.

Great experience on today , I had a deep cleaning from one woman she was so sweet. We exchanged life stories even though I can’t remember her name. I only remember her saying her husband passed away & that she was a twin . Also Mrs Cassie was helpful as well when it came to the payments & reviewing of what needed to be done to help my smile . My overall experience was great from the entry to the exit .

Will never come back or recommend this establishment to anyone canceled my appt bc I didn’t answer the phone to confirm when I confirmed via text. Mind you they NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME THEY CANCELED MY APPT!!! I showed up and was instantly turned away. They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to reschedule? Your not getting a dime from me. I also work appt based and have never canceled someone’s appt for not confirming. Nice way to loose business and get a bad reputation.

Absolutely loved the girl at check out (I believe her name is Maria). She was extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable. She was amazing. Please don’t loose her, She is a major asset to the company. Her knowledge was on point and she is very caring. I can’t compliment her enough.

I was experiencing a painful problem. Called to make a new patient appointment at the Rincon office. The person on the phone was wonderful, and got me scheduled for a few days away, but said they do take walk ins. I took a shot and went in that same morning and they were able to work me in. Everyone at the office was really nice. The doctor explained the treatment plan and options thoroughly. As someone who is terrified of dentists I feel like Aspen will help get me back on track with my oral health. I very highly recommend them.

I worked for years as a dental assistant in NYC, we recently moved to this area and I can tell you that I know how well Aspen Dental Rincon works, they simply work extremely well. What a wonderful experience I had there with my daughter. From the girls in front desk to the hygienist. They are very delicate and sweet when treating people and last but not least how clean they keep everything. I recommend this place a thousand times.

Staff was excellent, I was in an out didn’t have to wait at all. Billing was explained and my next appointment was scheduled around me. Always loved this place. I highly recommend it
