Switched providers because they are close to our home. I was impressed with them in the beginning but over the past 4 months care has decreased. You can’t get an appointment for urgent medical concerns. Their recommendation is going to the ER or Urgent Care Clinics ? due to not having enough providers. I have other health issues going on and don’t want to be seen by a random Cracker Jack doctor at the ER or urgent care clinic. I want someone who knows my medical history, hence the reason for having a primary care doctor ?

I love this Doctors office, The staff are very nice and make things very easy when you go there. They work with you if there are problems with your insurance and work with you for payments. I had them my whole pregnancy and when my work changed insurance company's and I started paying out of pocket for a different one so my daughter can still go see her doctor who help deliver her.

My wife and I have been going here for 31 years with doctor kosh until he retired In 2021. Then doctor Matthews took this place over it was going good Until he left about a year ago . Now this place Is a disaster waiting on hold for hours to get an appointment and the incompetence in the whole building Is off The charts better look for a new place I did.

I really like the galt office but whoever answers the phone for the Elk Grove office is AWFUL and rude gave me attitude from the get go then cancelled my sons appointment because I said there had to be a mistake with billing then goes well you’ve received 3 notifications so it can just go to collections actually I never received a single one and it was really nice of her to cancel an appointment on my son who was literally bawling because his ear was bothering him so what could have been a 30$ copay turned into a couple hundred dollar ER visit. The galt office is Awesome as always the drs are amazing and kind the guy who does reception is really cool steer clear of the elk grove office BUT 5 stars for galt for sure.

I had two appointments with FNPs in Galt, one in Feb with E. Bennett & one May in May with D. Ortiz. Both of these people are pleasingly personable, professional and excellent. Their follow-up was perfect. I could not ask for better healthcare.

This place is horrible, they don't stock their shelves for appointments, and expect you to go to Sacramento to get what they didn't order.They take no fault in not being prepared for appointments and expect you to pay for any additional cost that will be incurred, due to their lack of preparedness. Also, they stated that they have a high rate of people getting pregnant off their birth control, SCARY!!!

Galt office was unexpectedly and abruptly closed the beginning of December 2023. No advance notice to patients. Not professional at all. Changed providers.
