We were nervous to have our 15-month old undergo surgery to get tubes in his ears but are so happy we did and so happy we went with Dr. Rasband — she was wonderful, kind and compassionate. I also really appreciated Kimber who helped us schedule the surgery. She listened to my concerns and was able to accommodate and fit him in very quickly (within just a few days) Would all around recommend this office!

Updating my review because my original issue was resolved. I had trouble getting ahold of the records department for my medical records.

I originally went to this clinic regarding my tinnitus. This is an issue that has no cure so it's not surprising that I was told there was nothing I could do about it except manage the symptoms. I came back a year later at their recommendation to see if my hearing loss had progressed. It hadn't, but the first year they did not check my loss at 3kHz and unfortunately that is where most of my loss is, so I'm not really sure if it progressed in that year or not. I now know that it has (a couple of years later). None of the doctors I saw are here any longer so I can't really say much about the care now.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit with Dr. Rasband, she did not even give me 5 mins of her time and straight away told me that I need a surgery, I almost had a panic attack and I literally was trying to talk to her and wanted to ask some questions and she left the room. She did not even explain me what she saw in CT scan. We need better doctors with some sympathy and empathy. My whole family was so terrified with what she said to me without explaining what happened to me, I went to another ENT specialist and they said that I do not need a surgery and I am getting better.

I have always had a good experience at AOO of the Rockies. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have primarily worked with DR. Rasband. Her competence is obvious. She rides that tight line between being thorough and efficient. Everyone I have interacted with on the staff has been great. Two thumbs up!

So had to be seen here and the staff and doctors were pleasant and very professional. My appointment was on time without any long waiting. Doctor is extremely skilled with the scope for your sinuses! As I've had issues all my life, this was the easiest time I ever had! Doctor keeps you informed and does everything to figure out what is the best answer for your issues. I highly recommend this office if you ever need an ENT.

Had a couple issues here. Firstly, Christine in scheduling was a bit rude and dismissive. Not great customer service skills . Dr. Rasband and the practice need to reevaluate the reasons they practice medicine. I was told even after checking with Dr. Rasband that she has refused to see me because I had a secondary insurance of CO Medicaid. This is the only practice I have heard of refusing Medicaid in the 10+ healthcare offices I have interacted with in CO. And when you have medicaid you are not allowed to self-pay. So they said Dr. Rasband will not see me. They have essentially refused to see any low income Coloradans and it is shameful. Medicine is about more than just squeezing the maximum amount possible out of every available appointment slot.

The front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. They talk like they own the patients. We had called in 2 days ago for rescheduling the appointment but they still charged us no show fees.
