When I first started physical therapy, I won’t lie—I was very skeptical. I didn’t believe it would actually help me. I thought that working out at the gym and focusing on my routines would be enough to relieve any stretching or joint pain I had. However, that changed recently when I started experiencing severe pain in my upper right shoulder. I couldn’t even lift 5 pounds with my right arm. My doctor recommended physical therapy, so I decided to give it a try and went to Athletico in Shorewood.

I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had, especially when it comes to customer service. What stands out most is how skilled and personable the staff is. You’re not just a number there, they take the time to get to know you and ensure you’re receiving the right treatment. They genuinely care about your progress, and they work with you to make sure you not only get better but become your best self again.

Mollie, the specialist I work with, has been amazing. Every time I come in, she greets me warmly and immediately asks how I’m doing and how my shoulder is feeling. She takes extra time to work with me, always making sure I’m on the path to recovery and back to my pre-injury condition.

If I had to choose any other place for physical therapy, this would be the one. The entire staff is friendly, skilled, and truly dedicated to your well-being. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me since I’ve been going there. I highly recommend Athletico, and if you’re looking for physical therapy, definitely ask for Mollie. She’ll make sure you’re taken care of and work with you until you feel completely healed. Don’t just take my word for it—go see for yourself. They’re incredible!

This clinic is by far the best PT experience that I have ever had! !! I love everything about it from the amazing staff to the atmosphere! While the staff (Matt, Kelly, Frank, Mollie and Morgan) are so knowledgeable and professional, they create a fun environment where I feel relaxed and happy to be there! I love how they have a collaborative spirit with each other. My symptoms have improved and I’m optimistic about my progress going forward!

My daughter is 6 and she has juvenile idiopathic arthritis. She fell and fractured her wrist and need OT. No pediatric facilities could take her due to wait lists.athletico got her in right away set her up with their hand and wrist specialist (Frank). Every tone there is super friendly and accommodating. My daughter loves going to therapy, they make it fun for her. I’ve been to many PT places that are not up front about prices. Athletico is very upfront and transparent about pricing and their treatment plan. I cannot recommend them enough!

The entire staff makes you feel welcome. You always get a big welcoming smile from Morgan right when you walk in the door and that always helps you start your sessions off the right way! The quality of care you receive is well above any other physical therapy program I've had. It isn't overly crowded so you get more one on one care and attention. AND...My OT, Frank, at the Shorewood facility is the BOMB!!! I highly recommend ATHELTICO PHYSICAL THERAPY IN SHOREWOOD

My doctor suggested I see Frank, the outstanding occupational therapist at Athletico in Shorewood. After shoulder replacement my dominant hand and fingers needed improvement in range of motion and strength-prehension. After my initial evaluation with Frank, i was already making a fist. Through his one on one massaging, his calm, patient encouragement, his practical and clever manipulatives, and ideas for practice between appointments, i am able to use my hand and can maintain my progress at home. I am so grateful to Frank for his skills, time, knowledge, and help during therapy sessions and am thankful every single time i accomplish a task i couldn’t manage before.
All of the Althetico team members I encountered were kind, cheerful, helpful, and friendly. Frank, Morgan, Matt, Kelly, Ivana, and Chris, Thank You!
