This is an amazing staff! I chose this facility because of the extended hours, distance from my home and they accepted workman's comp. The staff is very professional, completed an in-depth assessment of my issues from my car wreck and developed a progressive therapy plan. I had very limited use of my left hand, wrist and shoulder when I started with Athletico. After 5 months of dedicated therapy, I am happy to say I am at 95% full function of my left extremity. I still have a few weeks to complete my rehab, but I could not have resumed my normal life style with out the help of Brittany, Denise, Bobby, Becky and Ryan. I will miss seeing them when my therapy has ended. What a great team!

I have been with this Team since October of 2023 and now my time with this team has come to an end almost a year later. It all started when my ortho advised me to get into PT with very little lead time. I called nearly every PT establishment with in the area and they were either booked or was unwilling to accommodate a short notice request. Nonetheless I called Athletico located on Booth road and spoke with Becky. I explained my situation and in return Becky delivered nothing but exceptional customer service. She spoke with the attending Doctor of Physical Therapy, Denise and shared my situation. Denise promptly accommodated my needs to get me in immediately for my first appointment. Over the course of my sessions, I have received nothing but expert care and treatment. In addition, I believe I have also added some great friends to my list. I'm going to miss this team as they really feel like family to me. I will miss the conversations surrounding sports and food very much. Oh, by the way don't forget to share the list of good eats with the new and incoming patients. On a serious note, thanks so much for my recovery Denise! Thank you Becky, for your great customer service! Brittany, although I disliked the added exercises, I could not have reached this milestone with out the push. I truly love this team! I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Denise is fantastic and really knows what to do to help you feel better. I have been doing the dry needling and it’s the best thing I have ever done. I am getting better and feel worlds better than I did when I first started physical therapy. I highly recommend Athletico and Denise!!

The staff at Athletico was very friendly and making an appointment was simple. The appointment time was flexible and there was never any wait when I arrived for my appointments. I have gone to four different physical therapists and Athletico was the only one that was able to improve my condition. Not only did they help decrease my pain, I actually enjoyed going. Denise made time during sessions to listen to any pain I had been having and provided me with alternative exercises that would be more beneficial for me.

I had selected another place for therapy but they never called me so my doctor selected Athletico. They called immediately and I set up my 1st session. I had never heard of them and went anyway to check them out. My experience with Denise went great and I set up my schedule. If you want a therapist who is knowledgeable and friendly this is the place to go. The facility is also very clean and organized. They now have another therapist (Becky) and she is just like Denise. This is an example of my plans are not always God's plan and I am happy that he took control. I am now working to get my husband to go. I will be recommending them to all my friends who need physical therapy.
