The billing office is AWFUL. I called numerous times and asked them to run it through my insurance and they refused. After a year, they ran it through which my insurance rightfully denied. Now, they sent me the entire bill and expect me to pay. I can NEVER get the billing rep on the phone to discuss. I do not recommend

I went in for a consult with Dr. Tolman. My secondary insurance had changed names, but nothing about the insurance had changed. I am an established patient. When I asked about having the insurance company name changed, the woman on the established patient sign on gave me a "you are so stupid" look, smirking at me. After that when my app was set fir 11:00 am, Dr. Tolman came in at 12:20. That timing made me late for work. I called o get medical advice about a procedure that Dr. Tolman offered, that I didn't think I needed at that time. After 2 weeks, I received no response. This is not the first time getting no response. Dr. Traub did a fantastic job on my knee replacement a year ago, and I never had delays in return calls or

For the most part Dr. Jove is great. But front desk always try to collect copay even after you've said the out of pocket is meet (4th time) would think they could note the system. Had a 3pm appointment in waiting room for 2 hrs and several people that got here afterwards; even one that I heard had a 4pm appointment went back before me. The waits here are horrible. Will continue to go to Peidmont in the future at least they respect people's time, the staff cares and the Dr's are wonderful.

They also DONT seem to care about the reveiws.

Doctor was GREAT. But the office staff was very *Standoffish*. They are the people you're interacting at first. You vould figure they would be nice. The woman in the very back of the room is so entitled. Very nice nasty. The technician that did my nephew's MRI was the worst. He has absolutely NO bedside manner. Rude, rude If it wasn't for the doctor. I give 1 star

This is not the first time I’ve waited almost 2 hours to even be seen by a Dr.
But it will be the last time!!

Dr. Jove is a great Dr. & most of his staff are nice, but I’ve been going to him for 5 years now & I’m done!!
Why should anyone have to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen if you have an appointment & not even be acknowledged? I had to ask how much longer before I will see the Dr.
After being told I was next…I waited for another 10 minutes before I said that I was leaving for another appointment I had. That is UNACCEPTABLE to me!! I WILL NOT be back…. EVER!!!

I would recommend ATLANTA BONE AND JOINT to Anyone in need. Dr Maurice Jove along with his AMAZING staff care about the patients needs and solving their problem down to the very end. Weather your a new patient or an established one, You can rest assure that YOU will be there top priority. I'll be a walking bill board for this establishment forever. For their humanity is like no other. Thanks

Dr Nathaniel Jove is great. He recommended therapy instead of surgery and I'm back at work and feeling good. Everyone in the office and in back were friendly and helpful!
