Dr. Erin is prime example of what a D.M.D. should be! She explains everything in great detail; before and after the procedure. She's very gentle with your mouth. I didn't even feel when she gave me my shots in my mouth before surgery. Shots always hurt me so bad, but not with Dr. Erin! She's very honest! I'm truly happy to have found her! Highly recommend!!

I had an amazing experience getting my daughters wisdom teeth removed at Atlanta Oral & Facial Surgery in Dawsonville, GA. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. They made the whole process seamless, from explaining the procedure to my daughter, easing her mind, to answering all of our questions. On the day of surgery, the team made her feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Erin Shariff was fantastic—everything was explained clearly, and the procedure was quick. Aftercare instructions were thorough, and the staff even checked on me after I left the facility. I felt well-cared-for the entire time. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing oral surgery!

I had really high hopes for this place. I had no issues and was very pleased before and during my surgery, but everything went downhill afterwards. There seems to be some major issues with communication once there is a problem and a bigger issue with the billing/insurance department. I have been waiting 4 months on reimbursement and only got half 4 months later. They still owe me over $1000 per my insurance EOB. Atlanta Oral is claiming they gave me the right amount while my insurance company is claiming they did not. They are both on opposite pages, but they refuse to talk to my insurance company to sort it out and would barely respond to me until recently when I filed a dispute and started making complaints. Atlanta oral wasn’t even using the right EOB. Regardless, they are on different pages and I want my money so Atlanta oral needs to step up and go figure it out with my insurance company so I can get my money and go about my way. If you are having to pay out-of-pocket while waiting on insurance, be careful because they probably won’t give you back what you are truly owed. Thankfully I caught it. Whoever handles this is very clearly uneducated or negligent.

I’m 80 and was very nervous to get 2 lower wisdom pulled today! It was SO EASY! I still have no pain and feel great. Staff is friendly and happy. Dr Shariff should be called “ Dr. Wisdom”! Thank you ALL for an excellent experience.

Staff was professional and timely. I was told getting your wisdom teeth removed as an adult was painful, but to be honest, so far I’ve had very little discomfort after surgery, which was not expected. I would highly recommend anyone needing oral surgery to check this place out.

My daughter went for an implant evaluation. Dr. Sheriff was honest about risks to sinus cavity. I was not a candidate but I did have my tooth pulled there. Went smoothly. So far ,so good!
