Everyone at this office was warm, welcoming and very professional. My communication with Kayla was very good. She explained to me everything I needed to know about my appointment, meeting with the staff and Dr. Best. Ashley made me feel calm as she explained what to expect as I was being prepared for the procedure. On day of the procedure Sammy, too, made me feel comfortable as she prepped me for the procedure. Dr. Best is the best... He did his best, and I am quite pleased with the service.

I never thought I'd write a glowing review for dental surgery but Dr. Loetscher and his whole team made an uncomfortable situation a great experience. Being able to have the surgery taken care of all in one appointment, with no pain, and great personal follow-up far exceeded my expectations and allayed all my fears. Shout out to Chanel for her support post surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Loetscher.

Dr. Loetscher and is staff are absolutely amazing, caring, and professional. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday and I feel great ! They really do care and make sure you are taken care of. The staff has been checking up on me since my procedure and I cannot thank them enough. 10/10 Highly recommend for anyone that needs oral surgical needs to come here 🙂

I'm less than 1 week out from having had a couple of wisdom teeth removed (at 40. I'm an idiot.) but so far can't say enough positive things about Dr. Loetscher and Team. Starting with the most important; I have taken *1 single* ibuprofen since my surgery 5 days ago (and honestly, I only took it because I anticipated more pain the first night, which never came). Thats it. Everyone that has seen me is blown away by the fact that there has been *zero* swelling and *zero* pain and share their individual horror stories of their wisdom teeth removal from other doctors and the pain they experienced for days.

The "worst" part for me was a minor sore throat that persisted 2-3 days post surgery (which is common) and, hilariously, hiccups that wouldn't go away (which after some internet sleuthing I found out is a not uncommon side effect from the steroids and have gone away after my last dose).

Aside from the fact that there has been zero pain and zero swelling in my case, the entire experience has been outstanding; the entire team and staff have been *so* nice and were very focused on making sure that I felt comfortable both prior to my surgery and after (with check-ins by both Dr. Loetscher and a nurse in the days after to see how I was doing).

I go for my followup appointment this week, but anticipate more of the same exceptional experience. If ever necessary, I definitely plan on using this office for other work.

Seriously. 1 ibuprofen. Insane.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but after my last visit to Dr. Loetsher, I found it necessary to leave one! I have been a patient of Dr. Loetsher for many years. He has replaced 10 old crowns over the past handful of years and has always done an incredible job. I am from a foreign country and where I come from they did not replace teeth, only pulled them, so to have gone from that level of care to the level of care Dr. Loetsher and his staff provide has been a whirlwind of an experience.
From the moment you walk into the practice you are treated as if you are the only patient they are seeing for the day, almost as if you are some kind of celebrity. The staff make sure to tend to all needs or concerns you may have. It is a 10 out of 10 experience from start to finish.
Dr. Loetsher and his staff have helped me overcome my fear of the dentist office as well which was not an easy thing to accomplish considering my past experiences, and am sure a lot of people can relate! This past visit I had two old teeth puffed and replaced with implants. I walked away with ZERO pain and ZERO swelling. I haven't even needed to take the pain pills I was prescribed, that is the level of talent and professionalism you will get when you go to Dr. Loetsher. I would recommend this Doctor, his staff, and practice to family, friends, and strangers! 5 Stars!

I had a fabulous experience with outpatient mouth surgery by Dr Loetscher. His staff was professional from start to finish.
The surgery was well explained and the recovery instructions were very clear. He called that evening to follow up with me. His nurse called the following morning. The recovery has gone very well. I am more than pleased with the outcome. Everything was off the charts better than I expected.

Great experience all around! The staff were all incredibly nice, and the building was top notch. Dr. Best was awesome. He took the time to listen to everything I had to say, explain everything in very simple terms, and he never made me feel rushed. However, my biggest commendation is how well he treated his staff.
