The day of my surgery was devastating for him; he lost his mom and he didn’t postpone his patients. When I asked him why he came in; he said ‘this is what my mom would’ve wanted’.

I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am for Dr. Symbas and all of the staff here. From my consultation to now one month post op, they have all gone above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. After having my breast reduction denied by insurance the first time, Dr. Symbas took time out of his schedule to have a phone meeting with them on my behalf and got the decision reversed. He was also very thorough and honest about the procedure itself, managing my expectations based on which route we decided to go, and checking, double checking, and checking again on my surgery day to make sure we were on the same page about what I wanted to do. My results are even better than I ever could have hoped for and I literally feel like a new person.
To echo other reviews, you can tell that Dr. Symbas truly cares for his patients and and that's so hard to find. I've never felt so safe and at ease with any medical provider as I have with this team. If you're on the fence about your surgeon, I promise going with Dr. Symbas is the best decision you'll ever make!

What a fantastic experience. My mom had breast cancer and she needed a Dr. for breast reconstructive. We have met Dr. Symbas on surgery day and he told us He would do his best and not to worry too much. That "best" word he said really gave us confidence and hope. Dr. Symbas was very caring and professional. He answered all of our questions very detailed and felt every word he said was very caring. My mom finished surgery three days ago and she is doing very well. She kept saying everything well because of great work he did. We are so happy and grateful to find someone like Dr. Symbas. Dr. Symbas and his team, from the receptionist to the back office, were amazing. Cindy, my nurse, was very caring and attentive and gave great medical advice. I genuinely felt that the doctor and nurses cared about my well-being and recovery. Dr. Symbas was referred to me by another physician, and he is truly an amazing physician. Dr. Symbas supersedes the expectation of a normal physician by checking in on his patients during and after recovery. I am so happy with my surgical results so far, and I have no complaints but positive things to say about this practice and my provider. The doctor spent more time than I had expected to explain the process and set expectations before the surgery. When I returned to the office after surgery, everything was well-run and efficient. This review comes late.. four years ago I had a breast explant (removal of implants placed by another dr) Dr. Symbas is literally the kindest, sweetest doctor of any kind I’ve ever met. His bedside manner is so incredible and his friendliness so great that even my husband was happy to see dr symbas for my post op appointments. I really cannot say enough good things about this surgeon. Not to mention that my tatas look amazing for what they’ve been through and that’s without any extra lifting or corrective work. He is so conservative when need be, never pushes you into anything that isn’t right for you. I’m a very middle of the road kinda person... not too much not too little and dr symbas noticed that and directed me to a partial capsulectomy instead of a full to avoid any impact on the chest wall (?)/ribs. He did everything I wanted and never once told me I was wrong or that I’d “never look good again” as another surgeon had told me when consulting for the explant. I had considered a lift w the explant and he could tell I was uncertain and suggested that we just explant for now and that the skin may bounce back and that we wouldn’t know til 3-6 months down the road and that I could always do a lift later.. he suggested there’s no point in extra surgery/trauma if it’s unnecessary and that’s the route we took. His office and staff are so kind and patient, the poor scheduling girl (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) got so many emails from me and she never once became annoyed (or at least she never showed it 😉) I would also like to say that dr symbas is gentle and respectful of your body. Another surgeon I had consulted with wanted to feel the scars from the previous surgery and squeezed and squished and smashed those scars so hard I nearly hit the floor, all the while telling me I was making a bad decision by removing.. not Dr symbas! Dr symbas always asked before examining me/touching me and never ever was rough or ruthless like other drs/surgeons. My husband and I both kept saying “man I wish he were a general practitioner too cuz we’d go to him for everything!” Lol. I also told him at one of my post ops that I’d been recommending him to everyone, I told him just hoping to express how impressed and happy we are with everything about him and his office.. he then told me he’d give me a bit of free Botox for referring peeps! I never expected that, so much gratitude for sharing my wonderful experience that I was gonna be sharing anyway. I never have gotten that Botox and certainly won’t hold them to it since it’s been SO long but I just wanted to share this w the world lol and felt compelled to when I saw the one negative review.. I actually was going to their site to look into filler and the like bc I’ve been researching like mad looking for someone nearer to me that I felt I could trust and just have not found anyone... annnyyyway. Just know that dr symbas is literally sent by the gods, he’s amazing and you’ll be thrilled for every visit! Ok, end novel lol
