Atrium Health Floyd Physical Therapy in Cartersville on Joe Frank Harris Pkwy is the 4th PT provider I've used over the 24 years I've lived in Cartersville and by far the best experience. The therapists, Joseph and Andrew are exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. My primary therapist was Joseph. He is caring, empathetic, observant and he listens and understands patient questions. As I experienced a major surgery, he was careful guiding me through the early weeks and bringing me to a successful recovery over more than 6 months. On a couple of sessions Andrew worked with me, he was empathetic and experienced as well AN IMPORTANT POINT OF DIFFERENCE: Unlike my other PT experiences, I was not passed around to various therapists; Joseph provided my consistent care. This was most important to me. He knew my condition and needs, he was prepared for each session, and he paid attention and expertly guided my progress. The support staff are friendly and helpful. Trey, who handles scheduling does a great job and other staff are very supportive. During my sessions I observed the same caring attitudes and professionalism with other patients. I want to point out that I achieved a full recovery that exceeded what my surgeon told me I should expect I strongly encourage patients needing PT to consider Atrium PT in Cartersville.
