I was in on Tuesday morning for a very bad cough. Everyone was very nice in thw office. I was supposed to get a call back the next day to find out about the virus test results, but no one called. I called back and jasmine took my message. All day Wednesday and still no call back. I called and spoke to Jasmine again. She checked my records again only to say, the virus test was never done. She said the insurance didn't cover it and it would be my responsibility to pay $700.00 to do it. It would have been nice to get a call back on Tuesday afternoon that they weren't doing the test.

I'm glad they are there. I've had to use them quite a few times. This time for a upper respiratory infection. They prescribe me 4 medications. This is a very bad respiratory that's going around .I registered online. It was a very long wait. But a lot of people sick I guess. I am sure, they could use some more help. Back in the back. The ladies at the front desk are very nice. So is the nurse.

I took my children here twice in the last two weeks and both times they told me they were at max capacity The first time was an hour to a closing the second time was an hour and 15 minutes to a closing. They said they seen a hundred patients y'all anyone reading this review or from rockmart knows that that's impossible there's not even a hundred people that would go to urgent care in one day and this town but regardless of that it's refusal to see my kids which is refusal of medical treatment and I just don't think that it's okay that's why I'm recording every interaction. I would just recommend going to Cedartown or Dallas they both have urgent cares that would be happy to see you all the way up till they close to the minute they close. It's really sad and I'm just that you can't go to the urgent care and you're on town. And I feel like everyone should know there's no one in the waiting room there's no one at the front desk. They up there getting paid to just sit around and gossip with three patients and then say they're at max capacity can't wait to get a lawyer to look at this.

Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours watching 4-5 people go in ahead of me so I ask what’s going on and they tell me there not sure… Then they tell me they had me assigned to a nurse practitioner. They said they will fix it so after watching 2 more people go in ahead of me and realizing the tv showed I wouldn’t be seen for another hour I ask what’s going on and they couldn’t give me a good answer so needless to say they completely waisted my time and didn’t care for me at all as a patient that had been there numerous times. I will not be going back to this location.

Came in with my 4 yr old, 5 yr old and 10 month old for a horrible cough, fever and vomiting. Front staff was great! Nurse was absolutely wonderful, however Dr Aaron Mansfield told my 4 year old whom is autistic and slightly afraid of drs that he would not examine him and he will “just stay sick” since he cried when trying to examine his ears . He would not let me intervene and help out . Instead offered a sucker to let him look and when my son said no he said “you don’t know what you want do you” turns to me and says “I’m not billing you for this” and leaves ! I don’t care if I’m billed! I want my kid to be examined ! And that led to him crying because he didn’t get a treat like his brother but the sweet nurse helped us out . Also said it’s “just allergies” and offered no help to my 10 month old either ! Said he “doesn’t think” he can take Claritin ! Once again ! I just came in to get swabbed for rsv and things of that sort ! That place is more trouble than it’s worth. I’ve had great experiences there but he’s ruined it for me !

Recently I moved from Cedartown to Rockmart. I got sick during that trial. Coughed for weeks. I went to Cedartown but they saw no infection. Gave me cough syrup. I was beginning to remember being a child and hearing of the croup, or whooping cough. I finally went to Floyd here in Rockmart. It was late and they were busy. I’m so glad I did. Because I am finally able to breathe again. I saw NP Kristina Maddox. She was excellent. Gave me a a pack as well as shots and more.Id gladly take her as my primary dr if I could.

I didn't have to wait in the waiting room. When I got there I was the only one in the waiting room and they called me back immediately. I was there for what felt like the flu. I was out of there in about 55 min. Everybody was nice.

Staff for most part were very nice helpful,was a lot of sick people when I was there so took some time to get me in understanding.
